Location
Situated in XpuHa, known for having one of the best beaches along the Riviera Maya, this house offers easy access to numerous local attractions. Puerto Aventuras and Akumal are both just five minutes away. The beach, considered the finest on the Riviera Maya, is only 1 kilometer from the property, with beach club access included.
Cancun Airport is approximately one hour away, while Playa del Carmen and Tulum can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes.
The Space
This roomy house features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The living room includes a television and a comfortable sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, ideally suited for 4 to 6 adults and 4 to 6 children.
Outside, the patio is furnished with an outdoor dining table for six, a small lounge area, and a pool to help you cool off in the tropical climate. The pool area also includes four chaise lounges.
The house is located very close to the clubhouse, which offers a fully equipped gym and a semi-Olympic-sized pool.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. La casa está prácticamente nueva, es amplia, cómoda y todo funcionó correctamente durante nuestra visita. Se nota que está bien cuidada y es una excelente opción para descansar. Es importante considerar que la propiedad se encuentra en un desarrollo nuevo y un poco retirado de Playa del Carmen. Para encontrar restaurantes, supermercados o comercios normalmente hay que manejar entre 15 y 20 minutos. Además, durante nuestra estancia ninguna plataforma de entrega de comida, como Uber Eats, aceptó pedidos para esta ubicación, por lo que recomiendo llegar con algunos víveres o planear las comidas con anticipación. También hay una casa en construcción al lado. Durante un par de mañanas hubo algo de actividad, pero el ruido fue mínimo y en ningún momento afectó nuestra estancia. En general, es una casa muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. Si buscas tranquilidad y no te importa conducir unos minutos para llegar a restaurantes o servicios, es una muy buena opci

La casa es preciosa, cómoda, un lugar muy bonito, para los que buscan un lugar tranquilo con amigos y familia, puedes hacer ejercicio, correr, nadar y hacer carnita asada, los host siempre atentos y amables. Volveremos!!!

Excellent beautiful home - perfect for a family of 4. Lovely little pool. INCREDIBLY safe and secure neighborhood. The area is still under construction - so you can tell a lot more is coming. The house is a little tricky to find - ask for instructions from the lovely security staff - but it's a little gem. Felt brand new. The beach club for the residents is lovely and fun- also a little tricky to find, but you can ask for help. We loved it! I hope to come back.

La casa es un lugar increíble y precioso tal cual las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia placentera, que tenga alberca es un plus!!!! it was a joy to stay in this spacious house and be within driving distance of both Playa and Tulum for the evenings. We spent most our days at the associated beach club which was extremely easy to get to and had great food. Communications were very easy throughout our stay.
