True Beachfront Private Villa | Pool + Palapa |

This place exceeded my expectations. We went for the beach. You are literally on the sand five yards from breaking waves. Three minute walk to another very nice beach (which had a small restaurant that served good food). Multiple very nice beaches a five to ten minute drive away. Close drive to San Juan Del Sur to eat at night. Maria and Manuel were very nice and helpful. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Check in was smooth, the house is beautiful and comfortable for everyone, each room has their own bathroom. It has a couple food options very close and they'll bring the food to you. Overall grear experience. Will definitely do it again in the future.

Amazing place, everything was perfect!

Unreal. Best place I’ve ever stayed. Right on the ocean. A beach side bar/restaurant about 200 yards away that will bring food down to the villa. 5 big bedrooms. Someone that lives in the villa behind that can help you with anything you need. San Juan del Sur is a great spot. We took a 2 week trip to Costa Rica and came up to Nicaragua for 4 days…should’ve done opposite. My whole family preferred Nicaragua and this villa.

This was by far the most peaceful Airbnb I have ever stayed at . Continently located 10-15 from in town San Juan Del Sur made it perfect for relaxation and if we wanted to get out and go in town it was easy. 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying at this house and we loved it. The weather was not great, so we were not able to swim, but that can't be avoided sometimes. We like that this house is right on the beach, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking, and the caretakers are very kind. When the bad weather came, Felipe contacted us to make sure everything was okay. We will be back, I'm sure! Hopefully without a tropical storm!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The home is spacious and perfectly located within walking distance of both Playa Maderas and Playa Majagual. The true highlight of our stay was Maria and Manuel, the caretakers. They are absolutely amazing, and we cannot say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond to make our family’s vacation special. They helped with cleaning, set up the fire pit for s’mores, arranged horseback riding and beach massages, and were always available when we needed assistance. After a fishing trip, Maria helped prepare our catch. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. A must go is Ranchito Restaurant-5 min walk to playa Majagual. Food and service was great! Because the property is located on the beach, it’s a beautiful place to witness the sea turtles nest and serves as a reminder that we should conserve and protect these beautiful animals. I highly recommend the home and area.

Felipe’s AirBnb property was beyond amazing. The pictures did not give justice as the view in person was spectacular. My family and I had an amazing time for our expectations and could ever imagine in this point in our travels. Our Winnie dog Rocko loved the entire property and was extremely at home, he mostly slept on the cooler floor as his portable bed was a little warm for him. We all loved running around and walking on the beach. The house was quite spacious big enough for everyone to walk around freely. The local restaurant nearby was a short distance. You could literally throw a baseball and hit the restaurant Location. Extremely friendly staff. The food and drinks were amazing and the coconuts were out of this world. We couldn’t ask for more. The housekeeper/groundskeeper are phenomenal people extremely nice made us feel right at home as if we’ve known them along with Felipe for many years. I would strongly recommend this property now and always. We intend to book in the future
