This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is conveniently located within walking distance of everything Tamarindo offers, including a 2-minute walk to the beach. It is an ideal choice for a family of up to five guests.

The condo serves as a comfortable home base with ample room to relax and enjoy your stay. It includes:

• Iron and hairdryer available upon request
• Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys available on a first-come, first-served basis within the building

Weekly cleaning service is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

Please be aware that some noise from nearby roads, construction, and occasional music may be heard. To help maintain a peaceful environment, sound machines are provided. Guests sensitive to noise should consider this when booking.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. Shared amenities include:

• Outdoor shower
• Pool
• BBQ area
• Courtyard

These common spaces are located within the building’s walls but are open-air, as the building is designed around a courtyard with open hallways.

Additional Information

• Self check-in is available.
• The condo is situated on the second floor facing the street, which may result in some noise exposure.
• Local wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, and beetles are common in the area, especially during the rainy season. Occasional sightings inside or near the condo are normal. Guests are advised to keep food sealed to avoid attracting insects.
• Pest control measures are in place, and Bygon spray is provided under the kitchen sink. If needed, a handyman can be sent to assist.
• Power outages can occur in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be issued for the affected day. No refunds will be given for outages shorter than six hours.
• The condo is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be leashed. Pet approval is required prior to arrival; please notify in advance if bringing a pet.
• Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle.
