From start to finish, this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our trip. Even before we arrived in Mexico, the hosts stayed in constant communication, sending us recommendations for massages, restaurants, and activities. They even helped us book with amazing local businesses, making it incredibly easy for us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation. Throughout our stay, they were always responsive and attentive to anything we needed. They continued sending great recommendations for food and activities, and when my friend got injured, they immediately sent over a first aid kit and provided us with the best places to seek medical treatment. That level of care truly went above and beyond. The Airbnb itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. It was a little difficult to find at first, but the hosts anticipated that and provided clear, step-by-step directions with pictures, so we had no trouble locating it. The hospitality we received was exceptional.

Loved everything about this loft. It has a beautiful jungle aesthetic, a massive comfy bed, and a great plunge pool to relax in. It’s located in a safe, gated, and quiet zone in Aldea Zamá, making it an awesome base that’s just 5 minutes from downtown and 10–15 minutes from the hotel zone beach strip. The host’s communication and local recommendations were top-notch, and check-in was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had to cancel due to flight cancellation. But the host was so willing to help us and very understanding.

We enjoyed our time at this condo in Tulum. Our initial reservation at another property didn't work out. We found this place and the host really out our mind at ease and help make our trip a memorable one. Local recommendations, private chef and massages offerings were a few of the items the host connected is to. I would recommend this place highly!

We stayed with this host and everything was perfect. Pablo is very professional, and his accommodation is both very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast. the residence is safe and ideally located, with cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. I highly recommend staying with Pablo, he will do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and perfect!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pictures truly do not do this place justice — everything was even more beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming in person. The hosts went above and beyond to make the stay memorable, and all of their recommendations were excellent and made the experience even better. Anyone who chooses to stay at this residence will be more than satisfied. It felt like a home away from home, and every detail was thoughtfully put together. The moment I get the opportunity to return, this will be the only place I stay. Highly recommended!

Pablo's place saved my vacation. The first Airbnb was cute but when I checked into the room I got hit with insane mold fumes! (Casa Arriba :-( Luckily, Pablo's place was saved on my wishlist. The apartment was very clean, no mold smell, and well maintained. He was super responsive, very helpful. It's not in La Valeta, but I found the neighborhood very safe, beautiful, & peaceful and still very accessible to everything you want close by. I rented the scooter so it was easy and awesome. I would definitely stay there again. My favorite part was stargazing from the rooftop pool. There are a lot of stairs as it is a 4 story apartment. Sort of cylinder shaped. But I got to enjoy all the nooks and crannies of the apartment and felt very at home. Pablo was attentive to all of my needs and made sure that the apartment was pristine in every way. Also gave me some really epic suggestions on what to see and do. I would definitely return again.

Nice tall space and private pool

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment! It has everything you may need and want for a relaxing vacation in Tulum. The location is in Aldea Zama and there’s great restaurants in walking distance. However, one of the biggest perks is its host—Pablo. Pablo answers immediately and gives the best recommendations. I felt he was thinking about our stay the whole time and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I told him we were making breakfast and next thing I know there’s a four slot toaster in front of the door in case we wanted to toast our bread. That level of thoughtfulness is hard to find. Thank you Pablo and your team for making it an unforgettable stay. We will be back!

Pablo’s place was awesome—the pool was great, the space was nice a had plenty of room. The bathrooms and showers were all very clean and nice. We were able to cook while we were there. There is a 7/11, pharmacy, and a few restaurants within walking distance, and we explored other areas of Tulum with this as a home base. It is in a safe gated community as well. Great value and easy process!

We had the BEST TRIP EVER!! First off as a group of girls coming from Hawaii, Pablo made sure we felt safe the entire time. He was in constant communication and helped with literally anything we needed. The place: absolutely beautiful. Neighborhood is so perfect! Close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. We did not want to leave. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s about 5 mins from centro, la valeta & 10 mins to beach. We felt 1000% safe entire trip. Thank you so much for the hospitality! Pablo even let us stay longer due to a late flight and so we didn’t have to worry about all our luggage. This place is a gem!! Book it 💫💫💫💫

This place was so cute and looks exactly like the pictures. Pablo was a great host and responded quickly to any issues we had which made us feel welcomed and safe. Since the rooftop pool sits under the trees, it’s a little hard to keep clean without a cover, but other than that we really enjoyed the stay. Great location close to shops, the beach and right in the middle of residential communities.

The unit is incredibly nice and well laid out and comes with most of what you’d want in a stay. It is located a little way from the main areas, but since it is in a new development area there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby.
