Everything was perfect. The place is spotless.

This place is in a private, gated community and I enjoyed that the community was quiet as well. The unit has nice modern finishes and had everything we needed. The community pool was nice and clean as well. I would stay here again.

It was totally worth it. The condominium is very well located, very close to downtown Jacó and a few minutes from Playa Herradura and Esterillos. It is a very quiet place, the pool and the space are nice. The apartment is very cozy, we found a very clean place, in excellent condition and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, feeling at home. Communication with Paula was easy and smooth, she was always attentive to our needs, highly recommended, as my daughters said 10/10!

The place is very easy to access , close to everything but at the same time distanced, quiet, safe and private. The beautiful apartment with all the comforts to truly rest and relax. The host is excellent, in short a perfect stay. We'll be back with pleasure

Great option for a quiet experience in Jaco. Bit outside the center, away from the bustle…nice apartments where you can cook, good beds and nice shower.

We thought the place to be more than expected! It was remote enough from center of town and yet close enough if you needed to walk to town. The complex has a very safe feel to it. Woke up to quietness and went to bed with quietness! The washer and dryer were perfect for helping with the kids ever changing clothes. Next time I plan to visit Jaco, this will be the first place I check for availability! Thank you!

The Condo Site is just good and quiet a 5-minute drive from Jacò and its city center, the pool was just good for our 1 night stop.

There aren't enough descriptive words to describe how lovely this little unit is. This was my second time renting the condo. This specific unit is a stone's throw from the covered gazebo and olympic sized pool. It's the perfect location to kick back and relax for a long week or weekend and also is within a 15 minute walk to Jaco beach. I will definitely be renting this unit again.

We had really great stay. The hosts were great communicators. Our apartment was clean and accessible. It felt very safe.

The place is very new, the apartment's finishes are very nice. The Condominium is very quiet and the common area is very nice too. It is not close to the beach, within walking distance, but by car you can reach it very quickly. Very suitable for children.

Great place. Clean, nice bathrooms, washer and dryer saved us. We loved the neighborhood, there were local spots to shop and eat a homemade meal.

Place was nice

This is a great place. It's located a few minutes away from Jaco's main street and Jaco beach. It's a large condominium (there are about 50 apartments) but during our stay everything was quiet and calm. We were able to use the pool at all times (very nice, 25 meter, warm with salt water). We got to see a few birds early in the morning and late in the afternoon. The apartment itself is very well equipped (full kitchen, large TV, A/C, two bathrooms, plenty of towels, sheets and pillows). Everything about the stay was great!

Paula's apartment is simply spectacular, just as you see in the photos you will find it, the cleanliness is impeccable, the tranquility that you can breathe inside the perfect condominium... and a delicious pool... my family and I will definitely be back... if you want a perfect place... this is it!!!!!

All perfect, cozy and nice apartment. As a single detail, the water in the shower is difficult to regulate, it comes out very hot or very cold. Otherwise, everything is impeccable! We'll be back!

This was an excellent place for us to stay. Spacious, modern and clean with great amenities and good proximity to the beach. Our favourite part was watching the macaws flying in the sky from the backyard!

I went with my family and we really liked the place! It is very safe, modern, clean and quiet, special for a good rest! Surrounded by nature, impeccably maintained green areas, trees and a nice view of the mountains. Paula's attention was very good and the best part is the pool, just 10 meters from the condominium! I would only recommend setting check-out at 12: 00 pm instead of 11: 00 am. The rest, great!

Excellent place

Paula was amazing with communicating. I booked this unit while at immigration in Costa Rica. Paula literally answered, accepted the reservation, sent location and gave instructions for check in. The place was clean, exactly like the photos. It’s gated which made me feel very safe. It’s very close to Jaco Walk, (downtown) and among the native community. Everything is in walking distance if you didn’t drive. This is a beach/ surf, community and the beach is literally 5 minutes away. Also we are on a 21 day vacation, and this was our 12 day stop, so the washing machine and dryer was a plus. Everything you need was here, including bathroom amenities. Book with her you will not be disappointed.

Great place! Well equipped, clean, and close to town. The host is really nice, she was available to respond to our questions in no time during the stay.

The apartment is cozy and clean. The social area is very nice and the pool clean and safe, even for children. It is a quiet and not noisy place. The host is very attentive to any request regarding the apartment.

This house is clean, modern, and very cute. The house was great overall and the community felt very safe. We stayed for a month, my fiancé and I. We worked remotely during this time and the internet was fast. A couple of times it did go down - which I believe was a service providers issue. Paula was quick to respond to any questions we had. Items of note: the beds are quite firm (could be a plus depending on preference) and the mattress protector is a bit noisy. There is no dishwasher (we cooked a lot at home, so lots of by hand cleaning). The location is walking distance into town (approx 10min). AC units in every room and they work well!! I would recommend this place to you, who is considering to stay here. The pool is just steps away, the house has everything you need, fast internet, hot showers, nice and clean, responsive host. 😊 I would stay here again.
