The resort is beautiful! There are multiple pools that are well spaced out so you never feel too crowded. The food was excellent and if you are not planning to cook for yourself while there then upgrading to the all inclusive is well worth it as it includes gratuity as well. Make sure to add the all inclusive before arriving otherwise it will cost you more on check in. The suite itself was well kept, spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

Tiffany is an absolute delight to work with. She is very quick to respond to every inquiry and concern. She provided ample information on the resort and the area, along with helpful tips. I highly recommend using her and most likely will return in the future! The resort is very nice: the room was spacious and clean. It had ample air conditioning and the TVs had multiple US channels if you have a night in to relax. The resort offers a prestock grocery service and I highly recommend using it as it’s nice after traveling to have items cold and snacks available upon arrival. The only “complaint” I have is that I booked an ocean view and I was placed in marina view room on a low floor. The front desk said the resort was at full capacity and I was put on a wait list but I was never moved. The club across the street was loud at times but I took a sleeping pill and never had issues with it. In the future I’d be sure to know where the room is before I leave the front desk. I still give Tiffany and Luke 5 stars because there wasn’t anything they could really do about it. The resort is big but not overwhelming. There are plenty of activities for people of all ages to do if interested. The spa is spectacular at the playa grande and I worked with the concierge for a discount. I wish I would’ve used the spa earlier in the week so I could enjoy the facilities in the spa as they offered us to come back for free. They have a nice outdoor salt water jacuzzi. :) The gym isn’t 24 hours and the weekend times are short but it is big and had enough machines that in the morning it was never too packed to use a machine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We used room service and it was great, service was fast. The food and drinks at the adult pool areas were great too. The beach at the resort was enormous and plenty of room. The beach area is also private so no vendors allowed, which was the highest selling point for us to book at this resort. I highly recommend this resort. I never felt unsafe and had a fantastic experience from the moment I booked it with Luke and Tiffany!

Tiffany's place was just as advertised: walking distance to town, but secluded from the hustle and bustle. The amenities were spot on with good dining options on site, plus a number of pools for the kids to play on. The views we're extraordinary looking west over the Pacific. I would highly recommend staying here for those looking to vacation in Cabo!

Tiffany and Luke's place in Los Cabos was great! I spent 4 days with some of my best girlfriends soaking up the sun and relaxing at Playa Grande. The resort was beautiful. It was a nice sanctuary during the craziness of spring break. Tiffany was also very commutative throughout the entire process. Would recommend!
