It's a place with a lot of potential; it just needs a little love. All the outdoor furniture is in poor condition; it's not comfortable. There is only one chair by the pool, and none on the balcony; The lighting around the property is minimal, and you can't use the pool at night. Excellent rooms and interior 👌

The house is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. However, the road to the house is extremely rocky and difficult to access, we had a four-wheel drive SUV and even so it was impossible to go up. There is very little lighting around the house, the beach is 8 minutes away by car and easily accessible with the new Costanera road

The host accepted our request quickly and the communication was good during the stay. Thanks for the availability

Kathie’s house was really nice! The pool is so enjoyable after a day at the beach, and the rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset. The beds are very comfortable, and having air conditioning in every bedroom is a big plus. However, we felt the house could use a bit more attention in terms of maintenance. Be aware you might encounter large ants and hunting spiders during your stay. An insect spray was provided, which happened to be very useful. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked dish towels or cleaning cloths for wiping surfaces. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and quite easy to access with few shops to get goods in between. The road back is quite dark at night so dont forget you flash light! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
