Right next to Metro centro in a gated building with security. It is centrally located in zona hipos and Carlos is very helpful. Would recommend.

Carlos’s place was perfect and matched the description very accurately. The apartment was secure, was nicely furnished, and the host was very responsive to any questions. You are right beside Metrocentro mall, which has lots of restaurants and shops. Great location - I feel confident recommending anyone to this AirBnB when in Managua.

Carlos was a wonderful host, very proactive especially when the AC had a malfunction in the master bedroom. The building is very secure, easy to find as it towers over the neighborhood. The location is very good, directly across the street from metrocentro mall and mins away from the galleria mall. Zona hippo aka bars and club district was also very close by. The apartment was quiet, clean and tidy. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. The shower was clean and adequate for my needs. There is no AC in the living room which is typical in Nicaragua but there is a big ceiling fan and a blower fan for use at your convenience. Overall i was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Carlo's listing especially when you compare it amongst others that i found in managua in terms of amenities and very good location.

Definitely wanting to turn back time and extend the stay longer. It's a place where you feel the good vibes from the moment you open the door. It's quiet and safe. There are places and lots of things to do nearby. The security guys are very friendly. Also, the decor and the rooms are very comfortable. I recommend it 100%.

Me and my children had a wonderful stay in Carlos' apartment. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and I love the views of the city and lake. I especially loved that it felt easy to get to yet is in the center of Managua. It is minutes from everything we love to do (Dreamspot Arcade, Movies, doctor appointments, shopping, bowling and more). We will definitely stay there again soon!

Had an amazing stay at Carlos place. The apartment matched the description. It was nice, spacious and in a great location in Managua. The only downside was that there was not hot water but with the managua heat I don’t think you will it. Totally worth it and will stay again.
