It is not possible to contact the host, upon arrival according to the address the place is a business and it does not match the address.
The house is located in a very safe and central area, which allows access to supermarkets, poles, bakeries and others quickly to shops. Doña Mayra is a very attentive lady who is attentive to everything we needed. She also provided us with information on visiting tourist sites and opening hours. The area is located in residential with 24-hour surveillance which allows you to move with tranquility together with the bus stop was located 400 meters from the house.
The apartment is no longer in rent, and Mayra does not yet give me the refund of the payment made

Yo no obtuve de previo comunicación sobre este huésped, desconocía que el llegaría, por lo que no estaba lista para recibirlo, expliqué la situación a él cuando se presentó y me comprometí a devolver el pago correspondiente cuando lo depositaran en mi cuenta. Cuando hicieron el deposito por medio de Payoneer no se me permite remitirle el monto de $ 38,8 (por ser inferior a $100 ) a Javier Masis Mendoza. Yo nunca había usado Payoneer por lo que desconozco sus políticas. Hice consultas tanto a Payoneer como a Air B& B para ver como soluciono esa situación y no he obtenido respuesta
