This place was amazing! Paola and Lupita cooked breakfast and lunch daily and it was 5star every single meal! I was worried about the beach being swimmable as we had kids with us and I can say it was truly swimmable with large waves and the kids had a blast on the beach! Everyone had their own space and the views, pool, and everything was great! Would love to return!

Daniel was very responsive before we arrived and during our stay answering questions and guiding us. The staff he provided for cleaning and cooking was amazing. The house is one of kind, amazing view, great rooms, a 6 star experience all around.

Casa Mariposa exceeded all expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and better in real life than the pictures. Daniel was an amazing host, and the staff were excellent. It felt like we were at a hotel with the service! I hosted a lot of girls for my bachelorette and everyone felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed. If I had to pick my favorite part of the house, it would be the private beach and swimmable ocean as this is a rare find in Cabo! I highly recommend Casa Mariposa to any large party!!!

What a gift of a long weekend at Casa Mariposa! We (a group of twelve girls from TX) visited for one of our 40th birthdays, and we had the most memorable weekend celebrating. The house itself is just stunning. The sweeping views are next-level (with plenty of whale sightings!), the option to lounge up on the master suite porch or down by the pool or on the beach- we loved having that flexibility. The house is also within walking (not super close, but definitely do-able) to the One and Only Palmilla resort, and some of our group ventured there, but it was so nice feeling like we didn't *have* to leave the house because it felt like a resort in and of itself! Paola and Lupita were just absolute DELIGHTS to have taking care of us + providing groceries we needed, and of course, whipping up the most delicious meals for us in the kitchen! Lupita's chicken tinga tacos were next level! At one point, we lost hot water, but Ash (the GM), was there within less than 20 minutes and had it fixed!

Phenomenal experience- from the house which was stunning to the amenities and onsite team who were incredible to Daniel who was fantastic helping us plan an unforgettable getaway from the moment we booked to when we left. Already planning our next trip!

Casa Mariposa is gorgeous! It was the perfect spot for our family of 8 adults and 7 children. Between the pool and beach there was plenty to do. House staff is amazing and so friendly. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

Staying at Casa Mariposa in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived at the beautiful property we were completely enchanted. The house itself is stunning—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably maintained. Every room feels luxurious yet welcoming, with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez that make it hard to ever leave the terrace. The infinity pool and outdoor living spaces are pure perfection, offering the ideal spot for morning coffee, an afternoon swim, or watching the sun melt into the horizon. The staff (Lupita and Paola) at Casa Mariposa are incredible. Warm, attentive, and professional, they anticipated every need without ever being intrusive. From fresh towels by the pool to beautifully set tables for each meal, their attention to detail made our stay feel effortless and indulgent. And the food—absolutely phenomenal. Whether it was a casual breakfast overlooking the ocean or an elegant dinner under the stars, each meal was a 10.

Our group of 11 had an awesome holiday at this villa ! The space hosts 6 bedrooms and onsite staff who prepared us daily breakfast (Excellent), daily housekeeping (Excellent), and grocery shopping (super helpful). The amenities were also wonderful - great pool with jacuzzi and lower level casita that operated as our haven while enjoying a full day of sun and pool off the beach ! We also thoroughly enjoyed the beach volleyball set up. Our host Daniel was great - he provided perfect recommendations for a catered birthday dinner and we coordinated fireworks off the beach as a final surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday. It all came together beautifully! We will definitely be back !

We recently went on a weeklong trip to Casa Mariposa in Cabo. The experience was really once in a lifetime! From the moment we entered, we all felt like we never wanted to leave. We canceled many of our activities so we could just sit out on the balcony or in the pool to watch the whales perform for us. We had the chefs come and prepare two meals for a group of 11. Paula and her colleague prepared many breakfast and lunches and it was wonderful being pampered. This was not an inexpensive vacation, but we all really felt it was well worth it And would love to return.

Not many big houses on the beach to take our family. This one had everything we needed and the staff was great. Thank you!

Casa Mariposa is beautiful, we had a wonderful time. My only minor complaint was that sometimes the email communication was a little slow but I was slow on my end as well. We will definitely consider returning!

Casa Mariposa is a stunning property on a gorgeous beach. We were three families of 5, all ages, and had a wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this property and hope we can come back.
