Location was good really close to where you can get the bus. Quite location and overall the place was nice.

Everything was excellent

We had an excellent stay at this villa in Cancun. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a perfect place for our group, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The hosts, Jose and Olivia, were friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from check in to departure. The location was great, and the villa provided a fantastic base for exploring Cancun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

The place is very very clean and cozy, and just like the other review said, be ready to up three levels of stairs, the area and whole unit is very quiet. Also, this place has a lot, I mean a lot of specific rules and they remind you at the kitchen, in the bedrooms, and in bathrooms with posted signs. Could get a bit annoying at times. But overall, the place is great and cozy, great beds in all rooms. AC is great. About five minutes from the nightlife in Zona Hotelera. If your group is loud and can’t keep it down, this place is not for you. Would I stay here again? NO, because my group is loud and they want to have music 24/7, but we followed the rules so if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation, with no noise, with no music from next door, loud people on the streets, then this is your place. Thank you.

Centrally located but quiet. A large very comfortable place with a large deck to unwind on.a nice warm pool. Fully equipped kitchen...just all around great .

Great place and Jose was a great host as well. Clean space, TVs in every room, and nice outdoor area. Great kitchen to cook and eat in. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect place for a group stay, everything was super comfortable and as described. The host is super responsive, communicative, and quick to help with anything we needed!

We loved the place; it was close to everything we had planned to do. The place is very centrally located, and the house itself is fully equipped. We felt very comfortable, and we will definitely stay here again.
