Wonderful stay! Accessible to everything. Beautiful place! Would definitely stay there again!

We were very happy with this spot. They have multiple units and the one we got was exactly what was in the pictures (different furniture) but matched all of the expected amenities. The on-site staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. Great for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Rodney was a gracious host. My elderly father in law was there on a last minute trip and his stay at Rodney’s place was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend if you plan to stay in the area!

Beautiful place, well-equipped kitchen, clean apartment, large comfortable bed. I recommend it. Great location.

My husband and I traveled with our 7 month old baby to Placencia and this place was perfect for us. They were able to get a pack n play for the baby and it was set up when we arrived. You really can’t beat the location. The value is so much better than the beach front spots, yet the house is just steps away from the beach. And we loved the beach! It was so quiet in January it felt like we had our own private beach. The restaurants nearby were all wonderful and we were able to walk everywhere. Check in and check out was easy through their on site office, and the staff is very helpful. They also had housekeeping come and tidy up during our stay which was nice. Definitely recommend this spot for your stay in Placencia!

Was a lovely stay at Rodney’s place. Great location, easy check in and good space in the unit. Was very slow to respond to questions prior to starting our stay but improved once our stay started. Unit was nice but felt more like a hotel and could have used more house staples for cooking. Windows looking right out to reception and another unit so blinds mostly stayed closed and the internet was a little spotty. Overall enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Rodney's place was just steps from the Placencia sidewalk with beach access and close to many bars and restaurants. The beach there is very nice and there is even a beach club with a pool that you can pay to use for the day. We love to stay in walkable locations and this certainly fit the bill. We walked all of Placencia Village several times from this location. If you want to rent a golf cart and explore further north, Rodney's place is very near several reputable golf cart rental places. He also offers rental bikes on property. The photos on AirBnB represent the property well.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Rodney’s place (KhalKob’s) and both visits were great. KhalKob’s is right next to the Placencia Village boardwalk, so access to all the locations along the boardwalk is super convenient. The on site manager (Tyra) was very friendly and responsive to any of our needs during our visit. I highly recommend KhalKob’s for anyone looking to spend some time in the heart of Placencia Village.

It was our BEST vacation EVER. Belize it !! Host went above and beyond with decor, quality linens and service. Co-host Cindy was an absolute friendly person, always available, recommending restaurants was great for us. Cindy washed out laundry for a very small fee. We will definitely be back December 2023.

Very nice place that we easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and were incredibly impressed with the service as well as the value.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at KhalKob’s. Location is perfect for walking access to all that Placencia Village has to offer. Individual apartment set up for each of the units provides the ability to cook any meals you desire in the privacy of your own space. Both Cindy (on site) and Rodney (host) did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Some previous reviews indicated a desire for more natural light. Rodney was completing window improvements while we there and we moved to a finished unit and natural light was just fine.
