The apartment can be summed up in one word: “Great” Spacious apartment, newly renovated, clean, with everything you need to have a comfortable stay with family or friends. It has spacious rooms and comfortable, clean, fresh beds. Air conditioning working perfectly, and excellent ventilation. Wi-Fi with good signal and speed. Great communication with the host Things that can be improved and recommendation: Leave a set of keys for the bedrooms and bathrooms for security reasons, as sometimes the doors get locked. Check the cupboards and refrigerator beforehand, as sometimes other guests leave things, even food, that you don't notice until you want to use the kitchen utensils. Thanks for having us.

The facilities in general very good. However, I didn't like that the laundry center couldn't be used freely, as it was only available when the cleaning person was there. This condition was not specified at the time of booking; it was only after we mentioned it that they changed it. On two occasions, we left fruit and vegetables on the kitchen counter, and the next day they had been bitten into. It seems it was some kind of animal, although we didn't know if it was a rat or something else. The kitchen lady also noticed this situation. The host suggested putting out poison, but we flatly refused because there were young children. Finally, on the day of check-out (at 12:00 pm), we went down to the pool, and when we returned around 10:30 am, the cleaning person had already come in to start cleaning, as another guest was arriving later, which was inconvenient. The lady who cooks is an excellent person, and we loved her food.

The place matches the photos, nice, comfortable, a very nice view, it feels like being at home.

Mayra's apartment is spectacular; it's super spacious, and two of its three bedrooms have ocean views. Everything is impeccable, the complex is very spacious, it has a children's pool, and the restaurant/bar is very good. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great time during our stay. We had everything we needed and the apartment was very close to the beach. It looks just like the pictures.

Very accessible place; however, there are additional fees per person and for access. The place is very nice, but it would be excellent if you could mention the additional fees.
