The house is beautiful, superbly equipped, with very comfortable rooms, and it's very clean! Excellent location, and since it's on the first floor, it's very easy to get in if you have young children. Very good service from Augusto, and he helped us resolve a couple of issues right away! Highly recommended!

The neighborhood where this unit is located within Los Suenos is very nice; pool and small gym are near the unit. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the layout of the unit was perfect for us. The proximity of the pool is a real plus for little ones. The unit had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely love staying in Colina in Los suenos. Great to have the pools close to the house in Colina and easy access to the larger pool in Los suenos. Very responsive host and addresses things so fast! We would definitely stay with them again. You’ll want a golf cart or car unless you like walking a lot.

Augusto is a very communicative host, making sure we had detailed directions for check in and check out. His home is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has everything you will need for your stay. Conveniently located close to the community pool, beach club and the Los Suenos Marina. My son and I look forward to staying here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here with my family, and we really enjoyed it again. The house is beautiful, very close to the pool, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back.

Un huésped incómodo no recomendado para nadie, demostró cero consideración con sus perros que se subieron a todas las camas y dejaron pelos en todo lado y hasta una pata de pollo, le hicimos el favor de que su empleada se quedara más tiempo pero tuvo exigencias que nadie ha tenido como si no fuera airbnb sino el Al Burj Arab, es el huésped que no deseas.

Our week long stay at the condo, Colina 2D, was very nice. Three comfortable bedrooms with two full baths made it ideal for the five of us. We especially loved the private pool! It was gorgeous and maintained very well. We spent most of our time there. The close proximity of the condo to the pool was especially nice.
