We had an exceptional stay at Guillermo's house, beautiful views, amazing food prepared by the chefs, and impeccable service. I would definitely come back a thousand times.
Excellent service, the house was beautiful and impeccable, the staff was the best, the food was delicious, and they were always attentive to anything. Guillermo is a super host, always attentive. Highly recommended in every aspect
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to enjoy Acapulco. The house is spectacular: impeccable, comfortable, beautiful and with ideal spaces to relax and share incredible moments. The service made all the difference. Memo is an extraordinary host: always attentive, friendly and mindful of every detail to make our experience perfect. Chef Alma won us over with every dish; everything was delicious and prepared with great care. Their meals were definitely one of the great moments of our trip. And we want to especially thank Brandon, who provided us with exceptional service. She was always available with a great attitude, making us feel pampered and at home. If you are looking for a unique experience in Acapulco, this house is the best choice. We have incredible memories and the certainty that we will return very soon. Totally recommended.

Guillermo was always attentive, and communication was consistently very effective and prompt from the very first contact. The house is just as shown in the photos, and Brandon's service is 10/10. Ms. Alma cooks very well, everyone is always very helpful, and the housekeeping service is good.

Guillermo's service is very good; he always kept me informed. His staff is excellent and very helpful. Excellent service from Almita, Brandon, and Lupita. The facilities are clean and available at all times. The view is amazing, everything was excellent during my stay, and the price is reasonable and fair. I'll be happy to come back as many times as I can.

Terrible service from Ms. Alma, who is extremely rude and arrogant and, by the way, the housekeeper. My wife was pregnant, and for that reason, she vomited into the toilet, but when they cleaned, they never washed the toilet because the lady said it didn't matter that she was pregnant. The rules prohibited vomiting, and they weren't going to clean anything; she said it was better to just put a bag in it. The air conditioning also didn't work, and they didn't fix it; we had to sleep in a studio. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and the food was terrible. The armchair cushions were completely filthy and stained with dirt; it was disgusting to sit on them. I do not recommend going there. They may say a lot about their house, but in reality, we had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, even though the host was always attentive. Their staff are rude, and I don't think they tell you the truth about the condition of the house. It's a shame, as the rental is quite expensive for what they offer.

Jesús, you should be more honest in what you say. Your wife and you are very filthy. Their room was full of food and vomit. I understand that she is pregnant, but it is unacceptable that she vomited on the beds, sheets, bedspreads, and in the bathroom on several occasions and did not try to vomit directly into the toilet. She soiled the toilet again with her vomit. Regarding what you say about the pool, you found it clean when you arrived. I have your chat from when you arrived, and you soiled it with all the drinks you poured into it. You wanted to bring in a Mexican music band with a trombone, which is prohibited by the community's regulations, which I sent to you two days before your arrival. You said that other groups are allowed, but you have to give 24 hours' notice. You damaged the air conditioning control because you brought it in your bathing suit, lay on it, and got it wet. In the other room you stayed in, you took the control. However, the most troubling aspect is the way you treat the staff who provide service to you, belittling them and speaking to them rudely. I hope your marital relationship improves so that you don't take it out on people who are not to blame. I will send video and photo evidence to the app to show how badly you behaved during your stay.
An oceanfront gem! An unforgettable experience. Our stay at Guillermo's place exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, Guillermo was an exceptional host: super friendly, attentive, and very flexible with our needs, which made everything go wonderfully. We loved it: The house: It is extremely comfortable and kept impeccably clean. Cleaning is 10. The Pool and the View: The pool overlooking the ocean is simply out of this world. Plus, the panoramic view of the bay is breathtaking; you could spend hours just admiring the scenery. Food and Service: The best! Alma Delia's food is sensational, truly delicious; every dish was a delight. Also, Brandon's drinks are excellent, the perfect complement to the weather and the pool. Security: The area is very private and extremely safe, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the tranquility. We will definitely be back

The villa is beautiful! the view is spectacular. You see the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets. It has a bay view but also an ocean view. The staff was amazing and always attentive to our needs. The chef Alma cooks the most amazing meals, even better than all the local restaurants. Everything we ask her to cook she cooked and exceeded our expectations. The drinks the bartender made were so good. Definitely recommend.

I dare say it's the best place to stay in Acapulco. There is no property with the view of this house. In addition, the service is 6 stars. Guillermo and his entire team are incredible. This place is worth every penny. Everything is very top
Everything was excellent, Guillermo is a great host, Alma's food is delicious, a very nice view of the port, we will definitely be back. All the staff are very friendly.
