Excellent value for money, very close to the University of Costa Rica and easily accessible. It has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There are grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Although I had no problems, the host was always very attentive and proactive. Recommended!

Great location!! Very walkable distance to mini marts and public transit. It takes about 15 mins to get to the heart of the city by car but if you’re feeling adventurous I recommend walking as the UCR campus is beautiful and the surrounding neighborhoods are too. Many parks nearby so take advantage of the location. Oscar and Dennia are really good people with plenty to offer and have tons of information about the surrounding areas, the apartment and how things work in the region. The neighborhood itself is peaceful. Grocery stores aren’t too far out, but I’d suggest trying different eateries such as the local sodas as it helps support small businesses and because Costa Rican food is incredible!! :)

Oscar is an excellent host who tries to help you with everything you need during your stay, and he is highly recommended.

Honestly, everything was fine from the beginning. It's the second time I've been there, and both experiences have been very good. Super clear communication. He answered my questions quickly, and if there was any problem, he gave me a quick solution. I would definitely stay there again

Everything was great; very close to the university. Perfect for my stay of a few days. The apartment comes with everything you need, including a kitchen and a washing machine. There was a minor check-in issue, which was resolved within two minutes. There was always a prompt response to my questions! Thank you so much!

Oscar is and continues to be a great Host and helps lot with instructions to the location, check in and any other accommodation. respond time was almost instantly and flexible with check in. The place it's self was just as described and better, naturally cool so sleeping at night was great, lots of things to do in the surrounding area and all walkable. this is now my 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back again in the future 🤙🏼

Excellent location

I had a great experience staying at Oscar's place. It is small as described, but had everything I needed. Highly recommend for solo travelers. Neighborhood is really quiet and place is secure. Oscar was extremely helpful, from providing photos to identify the entrance to the apartment, to replying quickly to questions I had. I would 100% stay here again.

Comfortable, clean apartment, just what we needed, highly recommended.

Stayed for a week. It is a very small apartment. No outside windows, but does get some light. Was very clean, but had kind of a damp musty smell. but not bad. You could hear the upstairs tenants walking on their floor. UCR is close by although that was not my interest. Not any nearby restaurants. Only has a washer and a fan to dry your clothes. Good hot water shower. Oscar was very responsive. Over all it was okay, worth the price.

The apartment was just like the description, very clean and with everything you need to be comfortable. It is very close to the UCR, especially the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy. The hosts get back to you very quickly! I was staying again
