Silvia And Eddie

Silvia and Eddie were great hosts, very responsive and friendly! The home was beautiful and peaceful and we especially enjoyed the outdoor areas. The private pool was wonderful and the surrounding landscaping was very beautiful. The beach was a short walk away and downtown Jaco was easily reached by walking or Uber. This is our second time spent in Silvia and Eddie’s home. I just love the location and everything about this place! The beds are so comfortable and the little welcome basket was perfect!

Great place. We had a wonderful stay. There were some minor issues but overall I would highly recommend this listing.

Immediately when we arrived we were taken by the beautiful house, tropical landscaping and very convenient plunge pool although we really enjoyed the community pool and cabana near the beach too. We felt very much at home. The beach is good for surfers but a little rough. There are walkable restaurants down the beach where we watched the sunset over dinner and drinks. Absolutely loved Silvia and Eddie's home in Jaco! Would highly recommend.

This property is conveniently located on the quiet end of North Jaco beach, just steps to the ocean. La Flora has 24 hour security, is beautifully landscaped with lots of wildlife, and a great pool! Returning guests and we always stay at Silvia and Eddie’s place. They are always wonderful hosts.

Eddie and Sylvia’s home was absolutely amazing! It surpassed our expectations in every way. The furnishings, linens, and even the dinnerware were tasteful and high quality! The neighborhood is so safe and you can hear the crashing waves from the backyard. We are so grateful that they shared their beautiful home with us- we will definitely be back!!

Great place. Great location (took time to find though). Loved the gated community! Just have to remember... tropical climate, so there were a few insects around, such as ants in the kitchen. Also, landscapers have back yard access, so don't be surprised when you see them in the morning taking care of it (as we were).

What a wonderful place to stay while in Jaco. It is centrally located, has 24 hour security, and a very short walk to the beach. The house is perfect. Clean, well maintained, spacious, with a great backyard. Eddie and Sylvia are awesome, very helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was terrific; the house's interior and exterior were beautifully decorated. It was centrally located in a gated community. I had a lot of extras that I needed approval from the owners. Every time they would call or reply to me within the hour. They always made me feel like I took a personal interest in my project. They are genuinely great people!! I am sure to stay there again in the future.
