Absolutely beautiful house with amazing outdoor and indoor space! 5min walk to the beach with grocery store and restaurants even closer. The overview of the house is correct, it’s not the most up to date modern place around, but that is not something my family requires. It was large enough for us and accommodated our family which consisted of 6 months to 70 years of age. Pool was kept clean and nice to have to stay cool. We usually stay in Tamarindo but needed a larger place for our family trip. This house is a 10 min walk pushing a stroller on the beach to our favourite place on the beach in Tama, Noguis. Great location, very peaceful and super relaxing. Definitely recommend to others and I would stay here again in the future

The house was a solid landing spot for our family as we explored the beaches around Tamarindo (we had a car). The description is very accurate. The house is spacious, with big rooms and vaulted ceilings. We did not need to use the additional one bedroom guest house for our family of 5. The house has everything you need for a week at the beach. We really appreciated having the large washer and dryer, and there was enough laundry detergent for several loads, if needed. The home is a little older, but taken care of, and it was very clean (I’m picky about this). We used the kitchen every morning to cook breakfast and it had what we needed. The outdoor area is very private, shaded and spacious, although we did not spend very much time there because we were too busy exploring the beaches. The pool was deep and nice for a quick dip after being at the hot beach. I appreciate that Peter sent a list of restaurant recommendations, as well as a detailed guide to many local surf beaches.

This home has all the necessities for a great vacation. Yes, it is dated and the road leading to the house needs to be paved badly… however! The home has great vibes and character and the pool was clutch! My 8 year old son loved jumping in daily/nightly, the diff trees shading the pool were beautiful and when it rained it was so refreshing. Bathrooms and kitchen are dated but clean. Vaulted ceilings were great. Washer/dryer was awesome! There’s a mini poker set, pool tubes/noodles, corn hole, and working tv in living room. We enjoyed our stay, hosts were responsive, area was safe and close to tamarindo. They do say it’s not for “picky” renters and I get it. But there’s no denying the beauty of Costa Rica and this home has it all at an affordable price. Pura Vida!

The host describes this accommodation very accurately, but in my case it exceeded expectations. Spacious, fresh house with many common areas to rest. The pool wasn't that nice, but it turned out to be functional! The area and location are spectacular!!

Our family of six (4 kids ages 6-13) had an amazing time at Casa Oasis. Our rambunctious kids had more than enough room indoors to run and play, plenty of things to see (birds, iguanas, geckos, butterflies) and area to roam outside. Our kids never tired of the pool. It may be a plunge pool but our four kids were thrilled with it. We rented two golf carts and found it very easy to get into Tamarindo from the house. There are beach access points that are easily walkable from the house. The host and house manager were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The only thing I wish is that there was better lighting. Playing games or reading was very difficult during the evenings.

We had a great time, overall good place and would come back.

We saw a lot of animals in the garden. The house was what we expected. However, you have to take the car to be able to go to the center of Tamarindo

Casa Oasis was perfect! The location is super close to practically a private beach and a supermarket was right down the road. Downtown was a short Uber away and was super fun. The house was spacious and the pool area was amazing. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how lovely this home is! Worth every cent location is perfect, always felt safe. The house has so much charm we moved in, settled quickly! The water taste delicious, & ice maker was great! We were so happy, the wildlife…amazing! Monos aka monkeys visited us almost daily, lizards, & crabs too! What a beautiful home! I could live there full time! Maria was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beach has many access just three short blocks away, location location location & price point, I cannot say enough! The restaurants are walking distance, the food & service, are on point. You will be trilled to choose this home, seriously!
