I struggled with what to rate this house, because there were so many positives. Our family rented both floors and it was perfect for our group of 10. We loved the location. It was easy to walk to town, the beach, etc. Pool was great, and we would rent this house again. Anna and Samara Rentals were very responsive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, I can't in good faith rate this 5 stars. As soon as we walked into the lower unit it was very hot and had such a bad mildew smell, that my 80 yo father had to sleep upstairs because of his asthma. Two showers didn't drain at all. Cabinets in the lower had pieces falling off. Upstairs had such a bad leak in one room, we had to put buckets on the clothing rack. Samara Rentals addressed all of these issues as the came up. There were just too many things that should have been taken care of before we checked it, which is why I am rating 4 stars overall. I would rent again because we really liked the house.

Daydreamer was perfect for our family of 6! Every part of the house is thought through and comfortable. Clean and modern aesthetics, loved the cement floor and AC. The location is walkable to beach, town, coffee shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the security of Anna's place. Private, secure gates and a safe for our belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked and upon a late night arrival the fresh fruit and great bag of coffee was very appropriated and thoughtful. We needed to check in after hours because of a late arrival, Jair was very responsive and gave clear, friendly instructions to help our arrival in the dark seem easy. Our teens enjoyed the pool before beach time. We would love to return to Samara another time and will be sure to book Daydream again. Well worth the money! Thank you! Heidi

We especially enjoyed the Towels folded like swans, the fresh fruit, and the coffee Anna left for us. Pristine location. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

We loved the house. Very modern and cool (temperature) inside. The pots/pans/blender/toaster and appliances all great quality. AC in each room with ceiling fans for circulation were very much appreciated. Very safe and secure parking/location. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will hopefully return again some time in the future with our family of 5. We loved Samara and the surrounding beaches. Great restaurants, grocery stores, and tour operators all well within walking distance. Thanks again Anna.

Great stay in Samara. This host is extremely responsive. The space is well equiped. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The house is split into two airbnbs. One upper and one lower. We were lower. So we could hear the other guests through our stay but it did not affect our enjoyment of the place

Really enjoyed the stay! Easy early morning walk to the coffee shops and bakeries was a highlight. A little further took us to the wonderful beach and great beginner surfing! Returning to the great home during heat of the day was perfect. The upper deck was a favorite hangout. Thx!

Our stay at Casa Driftwood was great! Location was private, secure and convenient. Close to town, beach and restaurants. House was clean and bright. We would definitely recommend this place to stay while visiting Samara!

Thank you Anna for this amazing week! The villa was wonderful! We had everything we needed (beach towel, beach chair). We walked to restaurants and grocery stores. We used the shuttle from the airport with samara rentals, they were professional and on time. Thank you Anna for answering our questions really fast.

We stayed in the upstairs unit of Serenity Villa -- very spacious and private for four older women who travel together once a year. This was by far the best place we have stayed at. The kitchen is well equipped, we each had our own bathroom, and the deck was a wonderful place to hang out. Jair, with the property management company, arranged a number of transfers for us, for which we were grateful. We'd love to stay again in a few years!

Very nice and large house and everything you need for a family. Really great, with a very valuable dishwasher. The pool is also super nice

Our family rented the top and bottom apartments . We had our eight small grandchildren along with our sons and wives . We all throughly enjoyed ourselves and were able to walk to the beach daily . The pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoon heat ! Our coffee maker was not working and it was replaced within the hour , very good at responding . We would definitely recommend the place.

Great stay! Anna’s place was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent; Anna responded very quickly and was helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.
