Wonderful Stay at Villa 11. We had a great time and access to the beach was amazing. The onsite staff helped with a tour booking and Alvin was extremely communicative. I loved his suggestions and the house was perfect for our family visiting for the first time. Extra touches like beach towels and fully stocked kitchen made our stay so easy.

Alvin’s, villa is breath taking. I think his villas has the best view of the entire resort. Beach front view , steps from the beach , private stairway leads you directly to pull and bar! Secluded and private Black sand beach! Howler Monkies and all of Costa Rica’s wildlife right above your head. The interior was comfortable and roomy. I have a small family of 4 but this place can easily accommodate 6-7 comfortably! Clean and comfortable. The only thing you should know this villa is a few mile from Coco Beach Central but the roads in the area aren’t that great so you’ll need to arrange transportation and they’re really aren’t a lot of options other than advance arrangement with a tour guide or taxi. I wouldn’t recommend renting a vehicle because of the liability issues. If you’re not familiar with the driving culture, I would say arrange transportation. This place is 5 star! I’m reluctant to share because Alvin and his home are such a special gem! From beginning to end we had the most amazing experience here- the condo was spotless upon arrival and had all of the amenities you could need and more. Alvin and the team went above and beyond from the start, whether it was bringing loungers to the beach, arranging any excursions, transport, rental car, or dropping off paddleboards and snorkeling gear right to the doorstep. The condo is stocked with floaties, beach gear, sand toys, beach towels, cooler. The beach, the views, the pool, the home- everything was more than we could’ve hoped for! We felt very secure throughout our stay, with staff providing additional security throughout the complex around the clock. Restaurant was next door, great food, though pricy. We’d highly recommend the beachside massages! Our stay was truly perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

this is a beautiful place right on the beach. I had very high expectations and this place exceeded them. fell asleep listening to the waves and woke to the birds singing. having the pool right nextdoor was extremely convenient without any pool noise coming into the deck. Alvin was very quick to respond and had many recommendations of activities to do and places to eat

This place is absolutely beautiful! This villa is right next to the pool and beach and was perfect for us. The pool bar/restaurant staff were amazing and it was a very quiet, calm, and peaceful environment. The villa was fully stocked with all that we needed and the host helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to the grocery store which was very helpful. 10/10 recommend this place!

This villa was incredible. Bahia Pez Villa is truly an oasis. The villa was gorgeous, and the views of the beach were spectacular. We could walk out of the villa directly onto the beach. The pool was deep and clean. The restaurant was excellent. Although it is a public beach, because it is secluded in a cove, it was like having a private beach most of the time. Our kids enjoyed scuba diving at the beach and fishing. It was very safe. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Cesar and Jackie worked at reception and helped us plan activities. There are an abundance of activities to do if interested. Jet skis and fishing boats pick you right up at the beach. For tours, the drivers picked us up at our villa. You could tell that the villa was well loved. There were many conveniences. There was great Wi-Fi, cable, TV, beach towels, and beach supplies, bathroom, products, books and games. We would stay here again and again if we could!

Amazing location, steps away from ocean and pool. The concierge, Cesar, was so accommodating and helpful in booking excursions. Alvin helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which made travel easy and stress free. The home was so nice, was lovely to have so many common areas to hang out w family. Kitchen was very nice and we made most of our meals at home. The first morning we woke up to a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach, it felt like stepping into a documentary. Lots of great bird watching and iguana sightings frequently. Also, we have football fans in the family and it was a wonderful surprise to be able to easily catch a couple nfl games on the tv at night without having to do anything technical. Overall, amazing place and amazing experience.

Incredible villa, little remote but an awesome location with a great beach access

We absolutely loved staying at this villa! The location is breathtakingly beautiful. Having a private beach just steps from the property was great. We also loved the pool and onsite restaurant. Alvin and the resort manager were both incredibly helpful with planning our stay. The resort manager booked transportation and a private boat tour for us and Alvin gave me updates on the weather prior to our visit. Some people say the resort is a bit remote but that worked out well for us. We had no problem getting Ubers to local restaurants and enjoyed the serenity of this property.

Alvin’s villa 11 was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setting for our family get away. The house was lovely and fully equipped to handle our family of 6. The beach felt like our own private retreat and was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The pool has an amazing view and always felt wonderful. Alvin was responsive to any and every question. He is definitely a five star host! I recommend his property wholeheartedly for your family vacation in beautiful Costa Rica!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bahia Pez Vela, Villa 10. The house is lovely and the view breathtaking. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the view. We really enjoyed having the beautiful black sand beach just a few steps away, as well as the pool and restaurant right next door. The restaurant on the property Soluna Beach Bistro has many delicious options and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed checking out some of the restaurants in Ocotal Beach, which is just 5 minutes away. Don't miss out on Father Rooster's. Take advantage of the the wonderful massage and facials available at the resort, which we were able to get on our patio. Also, make sure to enjoy the kayak rentals and you can also have jet ski rentals brought to the private beach. Thank you Alvin and we look forward to visiting again someday. I long to be back there already!
