Cabo Property

We were 2 couples that stayed in the condo and everyone was very happy with the unit and location, all exactly like the photos and details. The beach is beautiful, and if you surf there is a great spot nearby, which also means it isn't always a safe area to swim. The complex has beautiful pools and safer to swim beaches are just a short drive away. That isn't unusual for Cabo. The condo is well appointed with kitchen tools and appliances and there is an oversized washer and dryer. The management team met us at the condo for checkin as well. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. The team sent a detailed information guide which included docs to sign and a request for ID. All normal, however they were sent only a couple days before checkin and we were already traveling and I was not able to open the attachments on my phone. I was able to send a copy of my ID. I recommend those docs and request being sent no later than 1 week prior to check in.

We had an amazing stay! Victor, the manager, was incredibly gracious—he met us on arrival and walked us through everything, and the home is well organized with a helpful guidebook. The property is beautiful, especially the pool where we enjoyed coffee every morning. Being able to walk straight out to the beach for sunrise was unforgettable. The gated community added a great sense of privacy and security. The location is perfect—close to Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and an excellent grocery store just a couple miles away. We also loved the local food trucks nearby under the over pass fresh seafood and Monkey’s Pizza—some of the best food we had! We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and this stay made it truly special. We’d absolutely come back!

We just spent the month of February at this place and loved it. Great location, fantastic view and very well appointed and modern. Juan (and the property management team) were easy to communicate and work with. Highly recommend this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation spot. The view of the ocean is incredible and watching the sunrise from our bedroom was a great start to the day. We were close to the swimming pools and the ocean. Plenty of whale pods showing off right off our beach and although the waves seemed a little rough at the shoreline, we were able to swim out past the waves and do some incredible body surfing every single day. We were very close to all of the golf courses we booked at and were able to take an Uber everywhere without any issues even though there was construction while we were there. We had Gloria cook us a meal and it was an incredible experience. Would do that again in a heartbeat! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. We ordered our groceries ahead of time which made it very easy for us to cook/grill onsite. Everyone was very friendly and it is incredibly beautiful everywhere you look. Highly recommend it!

The condo has been remolded, very tasteful. The location and proximity to the beach is unapparelled, from the patio you are just a few steps from the beach. The condo property is well maintained. The only drawback is much of the equipment and flooring in the gym area is old and outdated.

Modern, clean and fully equipped apartment with direct beach access, would recommend.

Beautiful condo with amazing, picturesque views. Very relaxing and felt safe. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the water while sitting on the back porch.

We had an excellent stay here! We were very comfortable and the complex is very quiet and safe. I’ve never been in such a caffeinated abb. Thank you for that! We also greatly appreciated the chairs and umbrellas Thanks for everything!

We had a great time and intend to come back. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Each window overlooks the sea, and the beach is a short walk away. It was very soothing.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this condo. It appeared to have the nicest outdoor space of any of the suites on the property. Being a ground floor end unit afforded us a perfect amount of privacy with spectacular views of the ocean, and easy access to just walk out our gate to the pool or the beach. The patio was so spacious and was the perfect spot to relax in the hammock or sit together and enjoy the view. We loved being able to walk to several restaurants on the beach. Anything further than walking distance was a quick taxi or Uber ride away. The inside space was very clean, comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The host was excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Before we finished our trip, we were already talking about wanting to book the condo again for a future trip - highly recommend for your visit to Cabo!
