Amazing place, great stay

I’ve stayed at a LOT of Airbnbs, but this villa tops the list! The villa itself is stunning, and the views are even more breathtaking. Five friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and we had an absolute blast. It’s close to all the fun activities, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still feels incredibly private and peaceful. The community is gated and felt very safe. If you’re planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas, book Joel’s villa—it’s worth every cent! Joel was a wonderful host and connected us with a few people who made our stay even better. Victor transported us to and from the airport, and Lupita (Catrina Catering) prepared both a welcome meal and dinner for us (super yummy). Both were fantastic. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Joel was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to call after we checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if we needed anything. We also really appreciated his recommendations on transportation and having groceries delivered and stocked before our arrival, which made settling in a lot easier.

Such an awesome stay in Cabo! Private enough to feel the peace and quiet of the area but close enough to the downtown night life of Cabo.

The house was great location and size for the price! Super close to downtown and central. The only challenge was one of the gates to the Pedregal community was closed. This made ordering Ubers more difficult. Otherwise everything was great, Joel was super communicative.

We had such an amazing time at Villa Los Geckos for my bachelorette! The villa was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The villa was in an extremely safe neighborhood, we never felt concerned about our safety at all during our whole stay. Joel was quick to respond when we had questions and the check in instructions were very clear. The only few critiques I have is that lighting is not amazing in the house - there are only a few lamps in the living and dining room areas so as soon as the sun is down the lighting in the villa is not great - we struggled with taking photos a bit and also just hanging out in the dark in the evenings. The rooms are a little smaller than we had anticipated, I would say the Villa comfortably fits 8-9 guests - with all of our luggage in the rooms it did feel quite cramped. The pros definitely outweigh the cons and I would stay here again if given the opportunity!

Joel’s place was perfect for my friends and I. Joel was very responsive and gave us so many good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

First off, this was such a beautiful home with amazing views. We all came as a group of college girlfriends celebrating our last spring break before graduation, and this was such a perfect home for it. Joel was an amazing host with clear instructions and was always kind. He even helped us get the grill started lol. Thank you Joel, it was a blast!

This villa was absolutely wonderful! We will be recommending this place to our friends and hope to come back in the future! The neighborhood was gated and very nice! It was walkable to the marina and grocery store. One girl in our group was 6 months pregnant and she also found it walkable! We used the chef service offered as an add on and the food was absolutely incredible! This villa exceeded all expectations and made our trip fabulous! Highly recommend for anyone going to Cabo!

Joel was extremely responsive and helpful with questions I had. We were there on spring break and it was a perfect location. In the private neighborhood, but not too far from anything.

Villa Los Geckos was a truly wonderful destination for our 3-generation family Spring Break! The Villa is truly unique (more like a ‘compound’ with so many different decks, terraces, patios, verandas & places to relax). The views are incredible, the Pedregal neighborhood is amazing…and, Joel was a fantastic host! Our biggest, most welcome surprise was the daily visit from a very friendly, furry feline neighbor who who nicknamed ‘Cabo’ (she was such a sweet & affectionate Snowshoe Siamese cat…really made us feel so welcome & at home).
