Lovely home with good sized bedrooms. The place was just right for us which were a family of 4. The kitchen is small but adequate. The plunge pool is excellent on a hot day. Monica was great and responsive. The home is close to one of the nicest golf courses in Costa Rica and you are able to get a month membership for a couple for $500. Overall excellent locations and access to a private beach. Will come back again.

Monica’s home was an amazing find for our family of 4. It was the perfect size and it was even nicer and more spacious in person than the photos online. The pool and turf yard provided endless entertainment for our boys. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and sunsets at the beach. The kitchen has all the essentials, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful! We loved the outdoor shower. We hope to be back in the future.

An excellent place! Very tidy and clean, the host is always attentive to everything. Very nice house, a spectacular place.

House was big enough for our family of 5. It has a nice plunge pool and 3 hole putting green. AC in all the rooms. While the guest house is a good size, the kitchen is very small; it’s more like a kitchenette. Not an issue if you are mostly eating out. It’s walking distance to Marriott, which was a plus for our family. The house was a bit tricky to locate at first since it doesn’t have a traditional driveway. You have to drive over a curb onto a gravel. Good value overall.

Beautiful house in gated community. Fully equipped house. Highly recommend! The pool is awesome, the beds are very comfortable. Near the clubhouse where you can surf great waves. Monica was very responsive whenever we needed her. We will definitely come back!

A very nice place to spend time as a family even with small children, children have space to run safe and in the pool they can also be without any problems. The hostess is very caring and understanding.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Guana Villa in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The villa's location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches and convenient amenities. We fell in love with the private plunge pool—it was our go-to for relaxation and cooling off after a day of beach fun. The villa itself was stunning, with stylish decor and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy. We can't forget to mention the jaw-dropping sunsets we witnessed from the villa's terrace. It was pure magic! Overall, our time at Guana Villa was a dream. We highly recommend it for an unforgettable family retreat.

The places was great as described, it provides private access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica! Monica is a great host, always available and very responsive and flexible! Will definitely come back!

Amazing place, amazing host and amazing stay! Monica made us feel at home, Guana Villa has everything you need, it is bigger than a normal guest house and the beds are incredible comfortable! We will back for sure! One of my best airbnb experiences!
