Great location and communication

Amazing house for a bachelorette! We had such a great time at the house and perfect space for a girls trip given all the rooms have bathrooms to get ready in! Felt very safe and comfortable!! Would go back and stay again!

Our stay at Bola De Fuego in Cabo was AMAZING! The home was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and perfect for our bachelorette group of 15 girls. The views were breathtaking and made the entire experience feel so luxurious and special. The location was perfect as well — about a 10–15 minute drive from downtown Cabo and the marina, making it easy to get to restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, and activities while still enjoying a peaceful and private stay. Mark was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was incredibly kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Mark also recommended transportation services provided by Humberto, and we are so grateful for that recommendation. As a group of all girls, safety was very important to us, and Humberto made us feel safe the entire trip. He was communicative, punctual, professional, and extremely kind. We made the best memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Enjoyed our visit! Mark was easy to communicate with over some minor questions. The sound system was easy to connect for our pool time.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Bola de Fuego for a birthday celebration with a group of 10! The layout was perfect for a larger group—7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, made everything comfortable, private, and easy for everyone. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and the views were absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. There’s also a great café right across the street that we ended up visiting multiple times. Mark was fantastic—extremely responsive and quick to help with anything that came up. The pool wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to be drained, repaired, and refilled, so it was unavailable for a day. It was handled quickly and professionally, with great communication throughout. One thing to note: there are pickleball and tennis courts nearby, but guests can’t use them until after 11 A.M., even if they’re empty. Not a big deal, just something to plan around. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place

Great house. Amazing time and Mark was incredibly helpful and on time with his responses. Would recommend this house to anyone at all ages as it fits for all. The cafe across the street was also amazing. No bad reviews the place was amazing.

I have stayed at Villa Bola de Fuego multiple times and it has never been a disappointment. From the views and peaceful patio area, to the spacious bedrooms and their individual bathrooms - this Villa has it all. A real bonus is that it’s located directly across a cafe which serves breakfast and lunch and is also right by a the tennis/pickleball courts. Mark and his staff are very helpful and communicative. The place has always been flawlessly clean each time I’ve stayed, and having access to the laundry room is a huge perk. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

This Airbnb was fantastic!! The views were gorgeous, the location was ideal and Mark was a responsive and very helpful host. Only a five to ten minute car ride into town but the cafe being right next door was super convenient. Loved our stay here!!

We had a great stay at Villa Bola de Fuego! The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for large groups. The views from the villa are breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and city, especially at sunset. The pool and common spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy, while the bedrooms very comfortable. Mark was exceptional host, very responsive and helpful from start to finish. They even arranged driver services, which made airport pickup and a grocery stop on the way to the villa super convenient. The location inside Pedregal Resort felt private and secure, yet still close to the marina, restaurants, and nightlife. We had no issues using Uber to get to and from the villa, and even ordered food on Uber Eats without any problems. Just make sure to set your pin directly in front of the main entrance for you to be picked up or for food delivery. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxury group getaway in Cabo.

Is a really nice house, beautiful view. perfect for a large group.

The house was very beautiful, very comfortable, and quite spacious. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Humberto’s transportation service was a life saver as there was no way we could walk up that hill in the heat! The driver’s were professional and friendly. Tonja was fantastic at stocking the house with food and drinks. She even handmade some items that we requested to be fresh rather than packaged. Highly recommend her services! The only thing I would recommend on the con side, is that the web page be updated. Some of the photos don’t quite match anymore. For example, the hammocks by the pool are no longer there. And there was some confusion if checkout was 10:00 or 11:00 because the email didn’t match what the airbnb page says. But both of these things are super minor. I just thought maybe worth mentioning for the host. All in all we had a fabulous time and I highly recommend Mark and his beautiful home.

Bola de Fuego is a beautiful villa with plenty of room for our extended family. We used it as base camp for our wedding which took place on the beach in the Pedregal development. The kitchen, pool and jacuzzi were all great and got plenty of use. The AC was perfect as it was hot outside most of our stay. The views were beautiful. Only drawbacks were GPS didn’t track well within Pedregal and so finding it first few times and at night was challenging and also getting food delivered was hit or miss. Also plan on sufficient time for getting up and down the mountain on the cobblestone, it takes a few minutes, but the location is close to many activities due to the Marina being at the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful views and the house was spacious! Having a bunch of big mirrors was a plus and made getting ready a lot easier. Mark was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We also booked the Patron yacht through the listing and that was a great experience!! Would book this again!
