I arrived and everything was ready! There was a coffee maker, which was important to me, and everything was spotless, including the sheets and towels. I love that the pool is private. Maximum privacy!Juan Carlos is attentive and responds quickly. Close to Zibu and Playa Encanto! Highly recommended. We'll be back.

The house it’s ok. Juan Carlos is very responsive and kind. However, the description on the house does not match the pictures nor the description. It had some issues like the TV on the living room, the access to the beach and the tennis court which is inexistent. Also, the wifi it’s only serviceable on the living room . Overall the house its good although needs some maintenance and a revised description.

I don't think the evaluation is fair. Fernando was given a discount because there were fewer people than indicated. We turned the tennis court into a padel court because people play that sport more. We lost the screen due to Hurricane Otis, and we haven't changed that detail yet. The WiFi is at the pool level and it only doesn't reach one bedroom due to the distance.

I RECOMMEND STAYING AT THE HOUSE; IT WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND JUAN CARLOS WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED. COMMUNICATION WITH HIM WAS EXCELLENT—HE WAS VERY KIND AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY. THANK YOU, JUAN CARLOS.

The house was very nice, but the 2 TVs that appeared in the image were missing, very good location, everything very tidy, excellent security (someone always opened and closed the door for you), the cleaning and security staff were very friendly and always honest, the pool had good space, perfect space for 7 adults and children, it had everything you needed for cooking.

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

Everything was excellent Juan Carlos was always attentive, the house was always pending, as in the photos and in addition there is cleaning service per day as well as restaurant service to the villa, it is very quiet and private. I recommend the area. I recommend it. We will definitely return

Everything was very good, from the beginning to the end of the stay, the staff was very friendly and punctual. If I consider there could be some amenities, and a little more cleaning on the kitchen furniture as if they are a little run down. But overall everything's fine.

The villa was very well located and safely. Juan Carlos was a great host who gave us all the directions for check-in. There were some maintenance details, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The villa is beautiful and with a central location to be able to go to the coast or diamond area, it has an incredible view. The terrace table allows you to do family activities. I consider it a very good option in terms of price/quality. There was always communication and attention with the amphyrtrion, the youth of surveillance and very friendly and helpful cleaning people. My family and I had a very pleasant time, I definitely highly recommend it.
