Spacious house, quiet atmosphere, especially for large groups. The beds and some kitchen appliances need some minor maintenance, but overall it's a good place to stay and enjoy.
We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described and was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Located in Playa Langosta, it offers the best of both worlds. It’s a peaceful tropical oasis, yet only about a 15-minute walk to the heart of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and surf vibe whenever you want. Our family especially loved the outdoor living space. It is beautifully designed, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We spent so much time enjoying the outdoor setup—it truly made our stay even more special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to everything Tamarindo has to offer.

Excellent location, cleanliness and place, just right to enjoy as a family. There were some problems with the accommodations, but they were resolved as quickly as possible. A very good place.

The place is very beautiful, the pool is a hit, and the location is very good. The house has all the amenities, and the staff is very friendly!!! I would definitely go again

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a super safe neighborhood (security service). The staff was very friendly and pleasant. They came to water the plants and maintain the pool daily. Hellen, the host, was very friendly and proactive. She answered all our questions quickly and guided us so that we could spend our vacation days better. She also sent us information about local activities. We had a wonderful time. We recommend the place 100%. The kids had a lot of fun with the animals around. From the pool, we could see monkeys, iguanas, birds, and butterflies. We will definitely visit them again! The place is worth it. It is very quiet and is 5 minutes from Tamarindo! Thank you so much! Beautiful house, modern and perfectly equipped for a great stay. The beach club is only 5 minutes from the house, as is a small supermarket where you can find basic essentials. We spent four days there as a family and particularly enjoyed the pool as well as the rooms, all of which were comfortable and very well appointed.

Our family spent five nights and had a great time. Getting to the beach to watch the sunset is a short 5 minute walk. Our favorite beach spot was a short 5 minute drive to the southern most end of Tamarindo Beach where there were much fewer people. The home is just outside of the busier town area which provided some peace and quiet away from the crowds while still making Tamarindo easily accessible.

The house is beautiful and the place where it is located within Hacienda Pinilla is very private. We had some problems with an air conditioner and the refrigerator, but the people in charge of the house helped us fix the problem.
Very nice villa in an excellent location. Ideal for resting and getting to know nearby places.
