As someone with over 10 years in hospitality, I notice the details—and this villa exceeded my expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous decor, and I’d definitely stay here again. The entire Loco Luxury team was outstanding, from the concierge, private chef, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and security. We had a few minor issues at first: the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t cold enough and a couple of door locks weren’t working. What impressed me most was the service recovery. Every issue was handled quickly and professionally, which speaks volumes about their commitment to the guest experience. The private security guard also gave us extra peace of mind. Since you’re in the jungle, expect bugs—they provide mosquito repellent, but keep your suitcase zipped and check your bed for spiders. The bedroom A/C worked great, and keeping the curtains closed helped cool the common areas. Overall, an amazing stay! They made my bachelorette party UNFORGETTABLE!

An unforgettable stay! A perfect house in every way: spacious, very comfortable, with a practical and well-equipped kitchen, natural light throughout the day, and a pleasant and comfortable living room integrated with the kitchen and dining room. The pool and its folding ironwork that turns the living room into a large terrace. And on the rooftop, you can have another vacation!

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Colina with PB Homes! The house was perfect for our group of 12 girls—extremely clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than the photos. It honestly felt unreal and exceeded every expectation. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and loved having 24/7 security. The dirt road leading to the property was a bumpy ride and not ideal, but everything else was so amazing that it didn’t matter. The concierge team was incredible, especially Maddalena. She was extremely responsive and did everything possible to help us in real time with pre-bookings, questions, issues, and anything else we needed. Our butler, Jonathan, was the best surprise. He was kind, attentive, hardworking, and always willing to help. He made us feel completely at home and took amazing care of all 12 of us. Without Maddalena and Jonathan, our trip would not have been nearly as special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group. We actually spent most of our vacation at the house because it was that amazing. The highlight of our trip, though, was Jonathan. He was hands down the best butler we could have asked for. He made us feel like family from day one. We never had an empty drink, he arranged last-minute transportation and massages, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. When the power briefly went out due to nearby construction, he immediately reassured us and made us feel safe and comfortable. Jonathan truly went above and beyond in every way. His hospitality is the reason we’ll be returning to Tulum. If you’re thinking about booking this villa, do it—you won’t regret it! It felt like we were in a hotel with the cleaning service and how spotless and welcoming it was. I am already ready to return!

We stayed here for a birthday trip with my girlfriends, and I couldn’t have imagined a better time! Everything was perfect, the location was super secure and private, the home was so comfortable and the daily maid service was the best. the host was so responsive, there was a few small things we needed taken care of and maintenance was there within 15 min. He was also able to secure a yacht reservation for our group very quickly. We also had daily chef service for breakfast, which I highly recommended getting. We spent an entire afternoon just relaxing poolside, making drinks and enjoying the space. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. Wish they had more hands and baking sheet options for cooking.

I stayed at this air bnb with 17 girls for my bachelorette. It was absolutely perfect and really made the trip. Edna, the concierge, was incredibly helpful with planning. She made all our reservations, arranged us a boat day, and organized drivers to get us around all weekend long. She also helped us place a grocery order to have the Airbnb stocked for our arrival and helped us book an amazing chef who cooked dinner for us at the villa. In generally she was super responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay. The villa was gorgeous and had tons of space for our group. The rooms were clean and spacious and the common areas were fantastic. Sitting by the pool, having drinks on the roof, and watching a movie using the projector (provided my the air bnb) in the sunken living room were some highlights of our stay. The housekeeping was also incredible. The airbnb felt so fresh and clean every day because of their amazing work. I couldn’t recommend this villa more!

This place was better than the pictures! It was perfect for my bachelorette get together, all my friends loved it. The house was stunning and the decor was amazing. We had a great time during our stay, Edna was super responsive and amazing to work with (big shoutout)!

We just got back from Palacio Papaya for a 12 person bachelorette party and it was BEYOND what we expected! The place is HUGE and looks better than the photos. Everyone had enough space and each bedroom had its own en suite. The concierge, Edna, helped us with everything we needed -- decorations, taxis, excursions, recommendations, etc. She met us when we checked in and was so sweet! We had flexible check in and check out too, which was amazing. Any small request we had, Edna addressed quickly. The area itself was super safe and the hotel next door was very convenient for quick breakfasts. It's about a 15 min ride to the beach. Wifi was super fast, people could work remotely. My friend taught pilates on the roof so Edna provided mats for us. We loved the sunken living room for gathering and the roof as well for sun bathing! The two new bedrooms they added by the pool were very nice as well! If you're looking for a perfect place for a bach party or group trip, book this spot!
