Everything about our stay was wonderful! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful beach, easy access to restaurants. Just know that it is a pretty steep hill to get up and down to the beach. We would definitely return!

Our family of four had a perfect stay. Armando was very responsive and communication was easy. The condo was as described and is in a fantastic condition location in Playa Flamingo. Walking distance to everything and steps from the beach. A bit of a climb up to the condo from the beach, but well worth it for the views. Would stay here again if back in the area. We really enjoyed the place and our stay. We loved hanging out on the patio with the amazing views. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach and marina and plenty of restaurants. Would go back again if we are ever in Costa Rica.

Perfect location, close to the beach and also the town. This condo is well appointed and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The condo is in a great location and on the first floor! Quick walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. It is up a steep hill, which can be a challenge on a hot day. The views of the ocean and sunset from the back patio were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. Even had plenty of spices. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids. The owners were very responsive. My only issues were it could have been a bit cleaner on arrival and the secondary bathroom could use a refresh. It was a spacious bathroom though. The pool area is very nice! No fault of the owners, but the pool is very cold in the month of January. Overall, we enjoyed the month in Playa Flamingo and at this condo!

Awesome apartment in a great area! We stayed there for a week with two kids and everything was super nice - the apartment, getting to the beach, closeness to good restaurants that had gluten free options.

The perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway! Spotless, private, and plenty of space. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and the view was unmatched. I definitely recommend! I unexpectedly had to be in a walking boot for the duration of the trip, so the accessibility of the unit ended up being a very helpful feature.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the beautiful ocean views and it was so easy to walk to Playa Flamingo every day. I hope we can come back and stay again someday.

This beach condo was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best views I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. Watching boats head out in the early morning while sipping coffee, with the sound of waves in the background, was pure bliss. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need—even a professional chef, which was such an unexpected luxury! Whether lounging on the sun-drenched lawn, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying the peaceful ambiance inside, everything felt effortless and relaxing. Getting down to the beach was a bit of a hike, so I’d recommend driving if you have the option—but trust me, it’s totally worth it once you’re there. A truly special place I wouldn’t hesitate to return to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful and quiet spot. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The pool was great to have as well. The unit is bigger than it looks in the pictures, lovingly taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our family - greatly appreciated the amply supplies.

Would absolutely stay here again and recommend d to anyone going to Playa flamingo area! Gorgeous views, perfect location and absolutely loved the accommodations. A/C worked great!

Lovely spacious condo on the first floor; great balcony facing the beach. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The walk to the beach is down a hill and along a road for a few minutes; takes 5 minutes to get to a glorious beach that was not crowded at all. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. We had a lovely stay! Would highly recommend. Flamingo is such a beautiful beach; the property felt well worth the price.
