Seaside Inn is an excellent place for a large group who wants to be close to West Bay. Beautiful place with multiple floors, TONS of bedrooms, and multiple kitchens. The pool area was our favorite. It’s shaded during the day and is surrounded by tropical plants and trees. The upstairs was ideal for morning coffee. West Bay is touristy and the Seaside Inn offers an oasis of serenity to the beach. It’s only 3 min walk from West Bay beach. Strong recommendation for Argentinian Grill. In summary, Jean-Noel is an excellent host for a great place. Cheers!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Noel, the host, goes out of his way to ensure that our stay is pleasant! We highly recommend this listing! Next time we are at Roatán, this is the first listing I’m going to look for!

Great place to vacation with family

We had a group of 10 and rented the whole house which was perfect— even had an extra bedroom. We weren’t sure what to expect with the short walk to the beach, but it was never an issue. It’s very close and has a road that leads straight to Beacher’s. There’s a mini mart next door to it which has a lot of things you may need. It was nice that the house had common areas but you could retreat into your own rooms. We are so glad we included the breakfast most days because it was well worth it. The staff were great and attentive also. We paid around $250 for AC for 5 rooms and 5 nights.

Well worth it, we rented the entire house, great location to dive shop and beach. We ran the AC only at night, stayed 5 nights and charge was 100 for the AC. Would 100% stay here again.

We have been visiting Roatan for years and stayed at many different places, usually at resorts on West Bay. This time we brought extended family so we booked this house to accommodate everyone and it was perfect. We could all retreat to our own room after a long day but still hang out on the porch or swim together. It’s a short walk to the beach and there’s also a mini mart located right at the beach front that has sun screen, bug spray, food…etc. The house is surrounded by lush plants & palm trees that made it absolutely beautiful. Every morning red macaws would greet us in the trees right outside our room! There is an extra charge for the usage of AC units. He can break it down per room if requested. We tried to only turn them on in the evening as we were usually out & about during the day. For our 12 guests we had to pay $300 for a 7 day stay. Overall we loved this house and it’s location & would gladly book again!

We really enjoyed our time at the Seaside Inn! Joel was a great host and always very responsive. We were a group of six friends and each of us had more than enough space to spread out. We enjoyed getting away from the busyness each night in the private pool. We couldn’t have been more relaxed! The whole place was clean and well stocked and just a peaceful 3 minute walk to the beach!

Jean-Noel is an outstanding host and after five days I'd like to say he's a good friend. His care for this very large house was noticed in all the details by every member of our group. And if anything was amiss, he was there to attend to it. Sandy and Noel, who work with him, prepared a delicious breakfast every morning and were so friendly and helpful. We had the most enjoyable stay, make the most of this island vacation, and I would rate this as the best Airbnb experience ever. Jean-Noel's cool, laid-back personality, kindness and professionalism made all of this possible. Thanks again Jean-Noel for a wonderful experience on in the Bay Islands!

We had a great stay at Jean-Noel’s place. He is very quick to response to all of our questions. Noel who hosted us on site is very friendly and always attentive to our questions and requests. Location of the house is great - 2-3 minutes walking to the beach. The beach is amazing. We also like the Argentinian Grill restaurant right there on the beach. The house is a great size and was good to have the small pool to cool off. Highly recommend the place.

We rented the whole house for a group of 8 adults, and it worked out perfect for us. Nice location a short 3 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Easy to get water taxis to West End from the beach. Amenities were all as described. The pool was great for a rest from the sand and beach. The showers are a bit dated but functional. There are mini split AC units in all the rooms. There is an extra charge for using these based on the electric meter readings. For all 6 rooms during a hot 7 days in May, we were charged over $400 USD at the end of the trip for ac usage. All in all, still a great place and location with very nice hosts.

We loved it, the hotel was spacious, beautiful, the pool was the right size, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and it was close super close to the beach.

Great stay! We were a group of 11 including children. It was perfect. Lots of space. The pool and surrounding garden are gorgeous. Took a lot of convincing getting the kids out of the pool to go to the beach! The beach is 3 min walk, so close and beautiful! The top of the house is fabulous for sunsets. All and all, absolutely loved it! One small warning, coming out of the pool, can be very slippy in the main house. Worth getting very dry to avoid any falls.
