Excellent description of the place, I would definitely stay again, the hosts were extremely responsive, really proactive with their communication. Super helpful and ready to attend any question or need, I highly recommend this place if in Panama City, lovely view and lots of great places to walk to.

Very clean and very well equipped apartment. Would totally recommend! Just a bit noisy with all the traffic from Av Balboa, but if you're used to the city that won't bother you.

First of all, the host was very responsive to inquiries and most helpful with transportation from the airport to the Airbnb. We had a change of initial plans and the host was very understanding. The water view was terrific! Watching the vessels line up to go through the Panama Canal was illuminating! Day and night! Many thanks to Reservas! A very nice host! A & D

We had an excellent stay for almost a week. The host was very accommodating and the views were amazing as well as the pool area up top. We would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great location in Panama City, on Balboa Ave. This is a great facility, and the calibre of guests we perceived specials volume for it it’s quality. The host was very helpful and the checkin and checkout were painless!

I had a great stay in the apartment. Super spacious l, with all mod cons an unbelievable views. The swimming pool and jacuzzi made this listing even more special. A lot of eating options downstairs. Entirely recommended.

The apartment is really comfortable and the location is great. Everything functioned well. The bedroom curtains are very sheer so you have to get used to the bright light at night. I would absolutely rent this apartment again. I actually tried to extend but it was totally booked for the next month!.The host responds very quickly and communicates easily and well. The view from the apartment is amazing, fun to watch the big ships come and go for the canal. The park across from the apartment is excellent for walks and there are pedestrian bridges close by to cross over the busy avenues.

My husband and I stayed here for a month. The apartment is in a great location- you can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and is a quick Uber ride to most anywhere else in town. The flat is spacious for a one bedroom. We never felt cramped. Loved that it had an extra 1/2 bathroom. The bed was a very comfortable king. Lots of space in the walk-in closet with plenty of hangers. The bathroom had a nice large shower with great water pressure and hot water. The sink vanity provided space to set out personal items along with drawers for other items. The hair dryer worked fine. The bedroom has both an AC unit and a ceiling fan. There is a TV in the bedroom but we didn’t use it. There is also a desk and chair for your laptop. The living room had a very comfortable large sofa with a large TV. There is a great view of the marina and Pacific Ocean from the living room and balcony. A high table and chairs are provided on the balcony. I sat on the balcony every morning with my coffee and watched the ships lining up for the canal in the distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals: pot/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, measuring cup, strainer, cheese grater, etc. The kitchen was big enough for both of us to be in there at the same time. Lots of cabinet storage for groceries we bought. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer. We used them both a lot and they we very efficient. There is also a deep sink and various cleaning tools- brooms, mop, pail, and dust pan. The dining area provided seating for 4 plus there are bar stools to sit at the raised counter. The AC unit in the living/dining/ kitchen area was able to keep the area plenty cool. There is a pool on the 44th floor. It is kept very clean with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. And what a view! The gym is one floor up from that with good equipment. Overall, this is a great place for a short or long term stay and would highly recommend the apartment and building. There was excellent security for the building and we always felt safe. The internet was fast and consistent. We would definitely stay here again.

The booking company is very residential. It's the trail we used it and they are really very attentive and you have good communication with them

Great location and view. On the 9th floor with a cool pool, view, and hot tub on the 45th. Super easy check in and great communication. A great place to stay.
