I had a great weekend with my family. The place is as described, very cozy. No luxuries, but with everything you need for a quiet stay. Ms. Dina is an excellent person, very cordial and friendly. Charming of the place

This home is perfect for beachfront seclusion and peace. Well equipped, very well looked after, and close to the airport (easy 25min drive). I would highly recommend Olivier’s home to anyone seeking peace in El Salvador.

Peaceful beachfront stay with amazing hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Rancho Pequeña Ítaca. The location is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting—right by the ocean and surrounded by lush nature. Waking up to the sound of birds and waves was incredibly peaceful, and the ocean breeze made it easy to slow down and enjoy the day. Francisca and Ernesto, the caretakers. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. Francisca’s cooking was delicious (highly recommend!), and Ernesto went above and beyond—he even brought us a barrel of fresh coconuts after we mentioned we were looking for some. Dina and Olivier were great hosts as well very communicative and helpful with local tips. The only small note is that you may occasionally hear planes due to the nearby airport, but it wasn’t an issue for us. I definitely recommend it!

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a safe and private vacation this is the place!!! Oliver is a very friendly and easy to reach host. The ranch is 30 minutes from comalapa airport and if you follow the directions given it’s easy to find. Francisca the kind lady hosting at the ranch will make your stay confortable stay. , if you make arrangements with her you can have meals prepare for you , making your stay a most confortable stay. The ranch is a beautiful front of the beach property. Clean,safe and spacious. The beach is an almost private beach. It is a bit rough but in the early am and t late afternoon more enjoyable. Nevertheless an all around great spot for your vacations. AAA+++ planning to comeback again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful the kitchen was charming and the bedrooms were spotless!! We will definitely come back soon.
