Tyler's place in El Sunzal is amazing, this is the second time I stayed here and I would stay here again if available. I recomend this place 100 percent.

The house in El Tunco was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The property is located in a safe, gated community and is close to plenty of great excursions and activities. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and even connecting us directly with local contacts for things to do. The location was perfect. El Tunco and the and all the bars/restaurants were just a few minutes away, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting El Tunco!

Had an incredible time at One Wave Surf House for my best friends bachelor party. Tyler was always available and happy to chat for months leading up to it, and even helped me source things we needed while we were there. The workers were extremely friendly and kept the place clean. I would also highly recommend El Sal Vibes, a concierge service in the neighborhood that hooked us up with everything we needed. The house itself is great, rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. We comfortably slept 10 guys with beds to spare Thank you, Tyler. I’ll definitely be back

Phenomenal villa and an amazing overall experience. The host, Tyler, was fantastic, and Ryan, who helped us as a concierge, made everything seamless. He helped book activities and trips, stocked the house with food, and arranged transportation, which made the whole stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location is great, just a couple of minutes’ drive from downtown El Tunco. There were plenty of Ubers available, and it was only around $3 to get into town. We also ventured into San Salvador one evening, which was about a 50-minute drive. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. We had six adults staying there for a corporate retreat and had an amazing time. We did yoga upstairs, had a cacao ceremony, and really enjoyed the whole setup. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Fantastic property, great host, excellent support, and a really smooth experience from start to finish.

Place was as described in the picture.definitely recommend this place to stay. Tyler was there to greet us and show us around the house and he recommended places to eat.

we really enjoyed our stay! Tyler was a very responsive host and helped make our check in as smooth as possible. the location is great too given the proximity to el tunco. we were only able to stay for a night due to our itinerary but our whole group would’ve loved to stay longer!

Everything about Tyler’s property made our stay 10000 times better from having to escape a bad Airbnb and coming to this one at 9pm with the best help and concierge on the beach! Everyone should book with him!

Awesome place for 8 friends. Cheap Uber in to town or 20 minute walk. 5 minute walk to beach access but it will cost $5 to use the access most of the time. Really appreciate Tyler’s hospitality.

We had an amazing stay. Tyler was super accommodating and always helpful, which made our trip really smooth. The place was clean, each room AC & its own bathroom, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The pool was definitely a bonus. Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely recommend!

The house was just as advertised, clean and on a good location, the daily staff was very friendly and helpful. The gated community gave my family an extra piece of safety. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with lots of good restaurants just minutes away.
