We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. We loved the location and attention to detail. We will be back!

We enjoyed everything about this place. House was clean ! Restaurants and shops were walking distance. I would recommend it .we also enjoyed our breakfast which was very delicious.

Wow. This house is GORGEOUS. Plenty of room and porches for all 7 of us to hang out, play games, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Breakfast at the restaurant/bar on top of the nearby hotel was included in the price of the stay and it was amazing every day. My entire family was blown away by this house and the amenities. The check in and checkout was taken care of by the staff, and they arranged for all of our taxis for us to and from the airport. Sunset Dreams has a bunch of properties and if we don't have as many people next time we come, we will definitely still choose to stay in one of their properties. Absolutely stunning. We were in the Seaside Sunset House, which was located near everything. Our only (tiny) issue was that the nearby Lazy Lizard bar was loud pretty late on the weekends. But if you partake, then it isn't an issue!

This might’ve been the best Airbnb my friends and I had ever stayed at. Plenty of space, right on the corner of the island so it’s quieter but still close to everything, and you were right on the beach with incredible sunsets. The house is part of a hotel owner but it’s wonderful with a unique complimentary breakfast served every morning by the local chef. There is also plenty of bikes, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, and games that come with the house. Could not recommend this enough.

This place is absolutely spectacular! It is a see it to believe it house. Walking in is like a fantasy beach house with modern amenities and all the beach house charm you would want. It is a beautiful, perfectly appointed, and perfectly located place. The hosts are responsive, proactive with messages, and go above and beyond. It is right at the Split with a beach and swimming hole outside the door, and the famous bar and swimming hole a half a block away. I cannot say enough good things about this place or this host!. Can’t wait to return

We had a wonderful stay at sunset Villa. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. The location was great and having the dock was a lovely bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Caye Caulker

This place is truly exceptional. Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The property is even more beautiful than the photos. The location is ideal, just steps from the Split, with access to a small beach that is impeccably maintained. The team at Sea Dreams made the experience even better. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. We had an unforgettable time in Caye Caulker, and staying here was a big part of what made the trip so special.

This place was amazing! Honestly I think you would be hard pressed to find a better stay on the entire island—the home had its own private little beach out front, with amazing views! We spent much of our time on the kayaks and paddle boards that the house provides, and used their bikes to explore the island. The house itself was stunning and the pictures really don’t do it justice. The master suite was in a league of its own, but the main floor was also beautiful and spacious. We did spend most of our time on the porch looking out at the water and watching our kids play at the beach. Though the location is right in the middle of everything, it still feels private and quiet. The hosts were easily accessible and helped with our needs. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Views were incredible. Beach vibe!!! Kids can swim while you sit on the deck. Party on weekend on split fyi...breakfast is a 10/10 every morning that started our day in true Belize fashion. Cannot say enough positive. super chill. Loved the exoerience. Thank you Sea Dreams
