This simple and beautiful open plan house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here and loved that it was so close to San Juanillo. It is an open kitchen and living area with a separate unit that houses the upstairs bedroom with full bathroom. The pool is lovely and nature is singing. Costa Rica living. Thank you!

We loved our 6 week stay! We were routinely visited by many different animals (even named a few). The location is remote but easy to get to, the small town is close and has excellent restaurants and a beautiful beach. We enjoyed spending time by the amazing private pool and cooking in the outdoor kitchen. This is definitely a place we would return to!

We just finished a wonderful four day. Stay at the villa… Pictures do not do the beauty of this place justice. The most magical sunsets we have ever seen… Right from the backyard… Infinity pool is amazing… every day was a show of nature… We were visited by spider monkeys… Howler monkeys… And all kinds of different tropical birds. The only negative we could say is that you never want to leave! There are lots of areas to explore nearby… Very close restaurants… And the town of SAN Juanillo is truly a hidden gem! Stephen was an excellent host… Very responsive and immediate replies to any questions we might have had. Also provided tons of local recommendations… beds were very comfortable for sleeping… Cannot recommend this home enough

Perfectly appointed for 2 couples! Roads are a bit rough but nothing like some other places is CR! So many great restaurants and people in San Juanilllo and best of all - quiet and non touristy!

View - Spectacular sunset views over the water each day Pool - Nice size pool with a sitting ledge Patio - Large patio, covered seating area with couch and dining table, separate gazebo and separate deck over the jungle House - Architecture and layout of the place is beautiful. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Location - Located between Nosara and San Juanillo. Nosara has a number of restaurants and larger grocery stores which all were very good. We loved San Juanillo. It is small, but has a great beach with beautiful views and some shade. A few nice restaurants and stores too. There is also a great restaurant 4 minutes away. Roads are rough everywhere, so a 4x4 is a must. Host - Steven is a top-notch host. Communicated with us before and during our stay. Very responsive and extremely helpful. He helped us book zip-lining, horseback riding and massages. All were fantastic. Go here if you can. An exceptional experience!

Beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what our family of four needed—this Airbnb was a perfect place to unwind. The space was comfortable and well cared for, and we’d happily stay here again.

Steven’s villa was incredible and truly the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We changed our travel plans specifically to stay here, and it was absolutely worth it. The design, comfort, cleanliness, and overall vibe were immaculate - it feels like a private oasis and a true vacation. The photos don’t do it justice; it’s even more beautiful in person. The sunsets were unreal and something we looked forward to every day. The house is well stocked, the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, the kitchen is huge, and the pool and patio are a 10/10. We also loved the wildlife — a resident iguana and beautiful birds made it feel very immersed in nature. Steven was an amazing host: very responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay. The road can be a bit rough, so a 4x4 is recommended. There are nice beaches nearby, but we honestly spent most of our time enjoying the pool. You won’t want to leave!

From the sunsets, to the massive outdoor kitchen and our own personal pool this place was a paradise oasis for us. We were so happy for the eight days that we stayed here.  We loved it so much that we didn’t venture out very often as we wanted to stay,  cook and enjoy this beautiful place. One thing to know is you definitely need a four wheel vehicle to ensure a safe drive during the day when you venture out  for your day trips, especially with the winding roads.  Our host Steven was helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely book again!

This place is absolutely fantastic—we’ve stayed here multiple times and always look forward to coming back. It’s comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making it feel like a home away from home. What really makes the experience stand out is Steven, the host. He’s incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome. We’ve worked with him several times now, and it’s always a pleasure.

This place is a real gem and perfect if you are looking to disconnect in the middle of nature, with tranquility and peace of mind. The outside is beautiful and very pleasant with the rancho, a real pleasure to enjoy it. The pool is a good size with stunning views of the jungle and the ocean in the background. The upstairs bedroom allows you to wake up with this ocean view which is very nice. The accommodation is well thought out for a couple and the kitchen well equipped if you want to make meals at home. We had a wonderful time at this place that we really loved. I highly recommend it. Steven is a very welcoming and warm host, who responds quickly and with pleasure to recommend what you need. He was very accommodating for our arrival and made us feel very comfortable. I would be happy to go back to this place, thank you Steven for hosting us!
