Mark's place felt like home! We absolutely love Hacienda Iguana's Playa Colorado and will be back!

This property is in an excellent location within the Iguana complex. The apartment on the first floor gave us easy access to the pool for a family like ours with 3 children. The apartment is spacious and very clean.

Wonderfull location, really comfortable place with a beach view!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and very fairly priced. Mark is a great host and was extremely responsive to all questions leading up to our stay. The location is perfect and we enjoyed being on the first floor of the building with easy access to the pool(s), beach, and restaurant. If we come back to Nicaragua, we will definitely look to book this condo again! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit this area.

Great place to stay near the beach club. Comfortable, cozy and clean spot when you can relax and enjoy the nica vibes.

VRD1 apartment for me is best location in the building, very private and very nice landscape. Inside very comfortable, good internet and netflix, YouTube etc..

Great easy stay for surfing Colorados

We loved our stay at Mark's place. Everything was just as described and the location was amazing. Playa Colorados was an easy walk. Loved hearing the Howler Monkeys every morning. Felt very safe.

Better than expected! Apartment with a homey feel, lawn and nature around, swimming pool and beach two steps away! We will return for sure!!
