Ideal accommodation for one or two families with children. The complex offers a beautiful swimming pool and is close to everything: restaurants, grocery store, beaches, etc.!!! Thank you Abril for your hospitality š

very nice penthouse with a beatiful view. we had 2 big terraces ann a BBQ. Big rooms and baths was nice too. the pool in the resort was also big and not crowded. the gym was over 2 floors and really nice, spacious and good air conditioning. everything was great. the agent answered quick and fixed things when we had questions highly reccomend it!

Abril and the team were extremely accommodating at their wonderful Airbnb. They were very responsive and helpful! The place is beautiful, clean, and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and would stay here again. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay! Abril communicated well. It was a great location and had a private beach club with good food and very reasonable drink and food prices. Bottled water, beach towels, some cleaning products, and plenty of dish ware were provided. 5th avenue was a 4 minute walk and Calle 38 (a neighbour hood with several excellent restaurants) was a 10 minute walk. The beach area at the private club wasnāt very big, but a short 5 minute walk north along the shore gets you to a large public beach area that is very nice! The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view from the patio was amazing! thank you for letting us stay at your place:)

Good things about Abril's place - ACs worked well - Beds were comfortable - Hot water and washer/ dryer worked well - View from the balcony was nice Things that need improvement OR were Not acceptable: - NO communication that - white tag to enter the building has a cost of $25 if you lose it - Aggressive and rude front desk staff and cleaning staff - In 10 days we were NOT told about any complimentary cleaning until we asked. They tried to charge us $25 for a Sunday cleaning which we respectfully declined - Wifi did NOT work in any room other than living room - Towels had brown stains upon arrival and cleaning staff was blaming it on us and threatening that we will be fined - All dishes used were left in dishwasher or kitchen cabinets but they told us they could not find them - The kitchen stove NEVER turned OFF even when all knobs were OFF. It was a burning hazard waiting to cause an injury - Stove had to be turned off at main breaker! - Hot water never worked in spa tub

Hello Ritesh! Upon checking-in you were given a bracelets waiver and a format to register yourself which is always ask to be read before signing! The complementary cleaning service was indeed complementary but not included on the reservation, was given as a good gesture! The face and hands towels were clearly used as a rag for the kitchen and were horrible stained, the cleaning lady only told you about the charge to send them to the landry since those were used incorrectly. We search in the whole apartment for the dishware and were never found and even after all this, the damages were never paid! The hot tub was never advertised on airbnb as an amenity!

This condo was just what we needed for a girls trip! The location is great! Itās walking distance from Quinta Avenida and some great restaurants! Thereās a 7/11 in front which is soo convenient! I will definitely consider staying here if I come back! The pool was perfect and ābeach clubā had good food. It does close early and opens a little late so that was the only downside. The condo itself was soo spacious! Really appreciated the 3 bathrooms!

A great place to book, in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Access to a few meters to the private beach club and excellent facilities. There was only one small inconvenience and it is that the Jacuzzi at the PH did not work the boiler but they took it away to fix (same with the heat was not so necessary)

Great location, close to 5th Avenue. The pool and grounds were lovely. We very much enjoyed the beach club, very comfortable, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Easy check in. Miguel was very attentive to all our needs.

Good location with comfortable beds and beautiful balcony. Smell from the outside was extremely uncomfortable, and ac was dusty and smelly too so the nights were not enjoyable. Miguel was amazing as host and helped us everyday with transport and tour organizastion.
