house is great. view wonderful, pool was quiet and great and was unbelievably relaxing. My wife's comment when she walked in was I am never leaving. Host was unbelievably helpful and accommodating and if possible we may be back. thanks again

Great location with beautiful views. Very close to town with a lot of food to eat and options to choose from. We were treated kindly and Dorita was very nice and easy to work with. Had a great time here. Even saw a howler monkey running across the street.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped it would be. Friendly host, very helpful. The view was amazing, rooms nice and spacious. Great location and walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping. I give this Airbnb a five star.

Clean, beautiful home in secure gated community with beautiful views. Not too far from the downtown Coco with many food options but it’s not walkable. You will need a vehicle. The house also had a very well stocked kitchen and the convenience of the shared pool in the 3 building unit was great. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The host was so nice and easy to talk to even during our stay. The showers were hot and house was thoroughly clean.

Place was exactly as described, beautiful views and felt like home , I would definitely recommend!

This was ideal for our need of 3 bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms so that we could spread out and have our own space. Each room was clean and comfortable. It's tucked away in a gated community so it felt safe and away from any noise, but you do have to drive to eat or do anything. Nothing is within reasonable walking distance. There's a small pool, very clean, if you want a quick dip. The clubhouse at the entrance of the gated community is not included in the stay but does have day pass options. This was a decent option for our small child and elderly parents who needed a daytime, inclusive activity without having to drive anywhere (once they were dropped off) while we were scuba diving.

great place to spend a relaxing stay nearby the best spots but at the same time quiet. super good amenities and atmosphere. modern and nice furniture. We used the swimming pool for ourselves because we were the only guests in the area.

The home was beautiful, very modern. Great walking distance to town and a good workout to come back. The town had a lot of great dining options.

Great home with great hosts, this location was very nice and had everything needed to enjoy yourself on a vacation, the hosts were very responsive and helpful towards any questions that may arise and are very understanding, the house is very nice as well and would highly recommend booking a stay!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end! The roof top pool was better than we imagined and the location to town and the beach was perfect! We felt secluded and tucked away on the hillside but were only 5-10 min drive to the beach! We highly recommend anyone staying the area to book this gorgeous home!

This house was great. Looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. I would definitely recommend renting a car as Coco has a strip of good bars and restaurants, which are about a 2 min drive from the estate, but it’s much easier to get around and to get to the other areas of the Guanacaste region with a vehicle. Overall however this condo was perfect, there is a private pool and the clubhouse has another larger pool as well as a gym and pickle ball court. As previously mentioned there is plenty of food, bars, and super markets in very close proximity and the condo area is very peaceful. Dora was super helpful, kind, and very responsive if there was ever anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here, 10/10 for sure.
