We liked it very much. It's a good space for a large family. We also really liked the pool. The service and housekeeping. It's a quiet area. After 10 PM, please keep noise down. Very nice, very secure.

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Dalia! The house was wonderful for our family, located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood, and had everything we needed for a relaxed vacation. Josh was an exceptional host—incredibly communicative, accommodating with our staggered arrival times, and quick to help whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just steps from the ocean with beautiful views and easy beach access. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being close to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun!

This is a great place in a gated community in Playa Del Carmen. The pool and balcony were relaxing places to hang out with family. The entire home is air-conditioned which helped to get out of the heat. If you stay here, don’t over pack; save suitcase space for souvenirs. Josh has someone come in everyday for housekeeping and laundry service which was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Nice place to stay with a big family, the pool was excellent for the kids. Walkable distance to the 5th avenue and center of Playa del Carmen. If you go to Playa del Carmen in the months of June, July and August, be aware there is so much Zargazo at the nearest beach from the house, that is not nice the smell and the ocean. Other months must be beautiful there, at the beach nearby.

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the effort put into maintaining it. The location was convenient, and the home had what we needed for our visit. A few improvements could make the experience even better. The second floor would benefit from having a small refrigerator for added convenience. The curtains did not provide much privacy or light blocking, which made the rooms less comfortable. Also, while the cleaning staff was friendly and hardworking, they spent a significant amount of time in the common areas, which sometimes made it difficult to feel completely private during our stay. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Our staff works incredibly hard to ensure the house is spotless for you every day. Unfortunately, we haven't yet been able to hire invisible staff :) so cleaning the large common areas does require their physical presence! In the future, please remember that if you prefer not to have our daily cleaning service (which most guests consider a luxury), you can simply let us know, and we will happily leave you in total privacy. As for the layout of the house (including the lack of a mini-fridge upstairs and the style of the curtains), our listing photos and description are very transparent about what is included. For the most part, it was very good. I'm just sharing a few observations below: The barbecue needs to be replaced. The one there is already very damaged and not functional. You have to check that the internet is working on the TVs in the bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs on the right side, since the only ones that were working were the one in the living room and the master bedroom. The air conditioner in the second bedroom downstairs wasn't working. The blades of the air conditioner that change the direction. Other than that, everything else was excellent

As we explicitly explained at check-in, we have a dedicated maintenance team on standby ready for any eventuality. Had you simply reached out to let us know about these minor issues, we would have provided a rapid solution right away so you could have fully enjoyed all the amenities. We always encourage our guests to communicate with us so we can deliver a perfect experience.

The cleaning lady made excuses for everything and complained about the mess caused by 17 people being there. The price is supposed to be per person, and she said that she couldn't do everything because of the pile of clothes that was accumulating.

Thank you for your review. While we love hosting large families of 17, our complimentary daily cleaning service is designed for standard vacation maintenance, not to clean up after extreme and unsanitary messes. Our cleaning staff works incredibly hard to provide a 5-star experience, but finding used, dirty diapers left scattered around the property, as well as rotted food left throughout the villa and even in the beds, goes completely beyond standard cleaning and becomes an unfair health hazard for our team. The extra guest fee allows us to accommodate more people, but it does not include unlimited maid service for a lack of basic hygiene. We always expect our guests to treat our home and our staff with basic human respect.

Fantastic place; the villa is very spacious, nice, quiet and with all the necessary amenities, excellent for rest. The location is very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive to needs; their service was splendid. Josh was always attentive and responded to us super fast. A highly recommended host. We traveled as a family and we were all surprised by the place and the service. It is definitely a wonderful option if you plan to visit Playa del Carmen.

The house was in the perfect location. Gorgeous beaches close by. The town center within 15 minutes walking. Xcaret parks within 9 minutes drive. Plenty of parking. The house itself is big and well maintained. The pool is wonderful. There are all these little animals running around that look like capybara‘s and monkeys in the trees. Josh is a super communicator. Keeping us updated on anything we needed to know. Also available if we needed him. This was truly a great find.
