It's been a spectacular stay. The Villa de Mercedes (and Manuel) gave us the necessary rest and the connectivity we needed on our first family trip to Nicaragua. Manuel has always been in contact with us concerned that we are comfortable and that nothing is missing. The unconditional support of Henri and his family has been critical to our stay. We would look forward to seeing you soon!

This little casita is a home away from home. I cannot recommend it enough! There is a wonderful little pool, a full kitchen with all amenities, two bedrooms that are separated from each other with excellent privacy, a large living area and dining table, and a beautiful garden! There are TWO grills! Theres a hammock in the garden. This home made paradise feel even more wonderful. Importantly, I felt extremely safe while I was there because they have a caretaker who cleans the garden daily and protects the property. This caretaker lives in a separate house with his young children, so he protects this space like it is his own! I highly recommend this house while in Nicaragua! We rented a car and it is very central to all of the cities you may want to travel to! Thanks again Mercedes and Miguel, I hope to return again one day!

This villa is the most economical and beautiful place to stay here in central Nicaragua. Small pool but enough to cool off while sun bathing in nice courtyard. Close to so many wonderful sites. Managua,Masaya live volcano( must see at night)All Amenities of home. Cable TV and Internet.Hot Water!! Bottled drinking water. 3 queen beds and 2 singles in 2 bedrooms. The pictures show exactly what you get.

Wonderful place! A space to rest and share with the family. The location is very easy to access. One of the toilets didn’t work properly but Mercedes’s husband attended and corrected the situation. The facilities are very comfortables the living room is cozy and warm place. The only drawback that i see is the entrance and the exit or the house, because sometimes you need to contact to Henry (the house keeper) to open and/ or close the gate, otherwise../ highly recommended!

It was nice to be back at the Villa, Mr. Manuel was awesome and of course Henry was always available.

Manuel was awesome! Henry as well, he got us fresh mangos, and avocados. Was always ready to open and closed the gate when we left and returned the property.

We were there the fourth time now and will definitely come back when we're in Masaya again. Everything was perfect.

Villa Mercedes is an incredible house, amazing view to the volcano and the pool is great to chill on a hot day, Emanuel was a great host, helping us with local info and basically everything we needed, truly great and highly recommended!

This place is away from the noice of the city with a country feeling right along the Masaya highway. Beautiful view of the volcano. Henry, wife and kids live right in the property. They are very helpful. They were up a 4:30AM to see us go and help us with the suitcases.
