William and Olivia’s place was amazing and perfect for our family of four. Before our stay, they provided a detailed handbook with everything we needed to know, and throughout our visit they were responsive, friendly, and easy to reach if we did have questions, however most were covered with a quick search of the guide. Their home was exceptionally clean, organized, and well thought-out. It is located in a safe gated community, and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was also extremely well stocked, with everything we needed for cooking, including impressive cookware. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and body boards, which made our beach days even easier, especially with the beach just a few-minute walk away. The washer and dryer were very convenient and much appreciated. William and Olivia truly thought of everything a guest would need to enjoy their stay, and are very accommodating hosts. We highly recommend their place and would definitely love to stay again!

Great spot right by the pool, beach, and Roosters restaurant, so it’s totally walkable if you want to chill. Ocotal Beach is peaceful with great snorkeling, calm waters, and a local vibe. The hosts were super responsive and the condo has great views and a convenient layout for a family. Would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful villa with the most amazing view from the balcony… we ate all our meals out on the balcony. These hosts thought of everything to make the stay perfect… beach chairs, sun screen, well stocked kitchen!! It was perfect 🤩 We really loved the snorkeling… even saw a sea turtle!! And so many fish!! My husband and son went scuba diving with Rocket Frog Divers and had an awesome experience! Our time here was 5*!!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our vacation. First of all, the beach is truly in walking distance. We were able to leave the home and walk a short way down to the pool and then a little bit farther to the beach and it was so wonderful. During low tide there are tide balls on the right hand side. That’s perfect for little kids. The house itself was amazing. It had two dining areas that we took full advantage of the outside dining area was comfortable all day given the availability of ceiling fans and misters. The view is amazing both inside and outside and we immensely enjoyed our time. The amenities were also so good. The kitchen was well equipped, there were supplies we could use for beach trips, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. I honestly couldn’t think of anything else we needed that weren’t available. The owners were so communicative, helpful, and so accommodating. Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Wonderful stay, we would definitely stay here again!!

So much about the rental was enjoyable, but the porch was really outstanding: every morning we had a bird/wildlife show (including the howler monkey colony) with a great ocean view backdrop.

Our family of 5 adults absolutely loved our stay in this spacious, beautiful villa! It is outfitted with top-of-the line everything, and William and Oliva have truly seen to every detail to make for a perfect stay. The ocean views from balcony and dining room are exquisite, and the trees below are home to beautiful birds (watch them with the provided binoculars). Very comfortable beds, lots of closet space, nice bathrooms including amazing bidet, wonderful kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment. Location is fantastic - balcony overlooks pool, and it’s a short walk down steps to the lovely beach. Our favorite restaurant, Father Roosters, was also at the beach, and its varied menu and good food made it an easy option for dinners. Do arrive IN DAYLIGHT! That was our bad that we didn't. The owners were fabulous and super-responsive to all questions and issues that arose. Their communication and the gorgeous villa made for one of the most outstanding rentals we've ever stayed in.

Our stay was relaxing and very nicely situated. We were within steps to the beach, a wonderful restaurant and more. We could not have asked for better accomodations!

Amazing house in an even better location a short walk to the beach. The deck view was great for birdwatching, listening to the surf and solitude. The owners have everything for your stay-beach towels and toys, binoculars, grill items just to name a few. Our first trip to Costa Rica was wonderful thanks to our hosts!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic. As the listing says, it is steps from the pool and the beach, and both the pool and the beach are truly lovely. The porch is super nice and has amazing views (just like in the pictures), as does the living room/dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and nicely organized, the rooms are very comfortable, and the showers and the AC all work really well. On top of all of that, William and Oliva are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful and well equipped, u can hear the gentle waves at night. Views and birds from the villa are delightful. The beach is perfect for chilling, very walkable with a nice tide pool area. Father Roosters restaurant an easy walk away had good food and drink and was convenient on days we didn’t want to drive. Overall we loved the place and hosts and highly recommend.

Amazing oasis in Costa Rica. Steps from the beach. Great view from the balcony. Easy access to the pool. If you’re coming to this area don’t hesitate. This place was everything we hoped for.

William’s place was a perfect place to spend Christmas. This was our first time to Costa Rico and we picked a good location. We spent most of our time on the porch watching the birds and admiring the view of the ocean and listening to the surf. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owners’ guide that we received ahead of time was accurate and up to date. The bathrooms were clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Mattresses comfortable. And owner extremely responsive. Zero complaints. Highly recommend

Great spot on a beautiful beach, Ocotal is super clean and quiet. Great view from the home, perched over the trees with an amazing view of the ocean. Loads of birds each day and even saw whales from our balcony! if you love to cook, they have everything including a lot of spices and other basics for making meals. Not too far from a convenience store with the basics. No need to get a vehicle if all you are looking for is a beach, sun and relaxation.
