The Villa was amazing. Lot of restaurants in walking distance and excellent views. The place is well equipped for entertaining. There is a Sonos sound system covering the entire home, and much more. Highly recommend.

Great service from Hacienda and beautiful place. The downstairs room had a separate AC unit that was pretty noisy and took some time to catch up. Once I was asleep it was okay but it took a little time to fall asleep to. Also, many of the other reviews mentioned this, but the noise from the restaurant next door and the people at the beach around it took some getting used to. I'm a light sleeper so that was initially a challenge. Other than those two things, it couldn't have been better. The people at Hacienda really take care of you, and the house is really beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

we cannot say enough about this place! It is so beautiful and in the perfect location. All of the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. If you are considering staying here, definitely go ahead and do so it is so worth it.

The house is really nice but it’s right next door to restaurants/bars and a rental company for beach goers. All this sounds convenient but it’s loud until late and then around 6am there is a group of people who exercise on the beach also being very loud encouraging each other and playing music. The heated pool and hot tub worked the first day then didn’t the rest of our trip. The people working there are very nice people we know a lot of them by name bc we have stayed there often with the connected hotel 1. It’s a beautiful place but Villa 1 is noisy and maybe more that are near it.

I highly recommend Villa One at the Hacienda Beach Club. The residence was amazing and the resort amenities were perfect. The staff were prompt courteous and professional. Professionally cleaned every day and use of a golf cart were not expected.

Everything about this property was perfect. Communication Owner, the location, Just perfect. We really didn't have any concierge hounding us or any people hounding us for reservations or anything. We need a late check out for a couple hours later, and it was no issue. I would stay in this property again, I would highly recommend it to anybody
