David's place was perfect for our little getaway. The place was beautiful, clean, had everything you needed, it more. Every question was answered in a timely manner and they were an amazing host. They were also able to accommodate a request we had. Overall, amazing place, great location, beautiful surroundings and the perfect place to enjoy and rest.

Amazing home- would be perfect for 5 couples or a bachelorette party. Host is incredibly responsive and helpful/kind. On site maid service / pool maintenance was fantastic and left the property pristine 24/7. Overall an amazing stay and 10/10 would recommend.

The house is exactly as shown in the photographs; it is in a secluded, quiet area, perfect for relaxing. I really liked the location of the bedrooms because it allowed for privacy, and it was possible to socialize in the common areas of the kitchen and pool. Very friendly host, with good recommendations and quick to respond. The driveway is in good condition; any vehicle can drive up it. It's paved with cement, so it doesn't get slippery.

Really nice house, well designed to enjoy the view and social area. Excellent for accommodating big groups and have a good time. Few minutes drive from beach, restaurants and convenience store. Communication with host fluent and check-in very smooth. We appreciate being hosted!

We absolutely loved our stay at Monkey Manor. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. David, the owner, was amazing — incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had everything we needed. The concierge was also outstanding, offering great local recommendations and always willing to help arrange anything we asked for. The housekeeper was equally wonderful — kind, attentive, and thoughtful, making sure the home was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself is beautiful and well equipped. The heated pool was incredible and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the games were a fun bonus for relaxing evenings. Host was communicating very efficiently, making check in process very easy. The place itself was breathtaking and convenient to everything. Though a little away from jaco it the views were worth it. Definitely recommend this to a larger group or families. Bring bug spray, will come in handy.

Everything was great, super clean

After a late disaster at a local hotel, Carlos helped us immensely. He provided us with detailed directions and met us at the place. He was excellent with his communication and recommendations. His place was great and the housekeeper, Areliz, was so nice and helpful. We loved the place and hope to return next year. Our only negative was no monkeys, haha. Highly recommend

The house is very nice and private, it has a spectacular view, everything is also very well equipped, in the kitchen you have many utensils for cooking and there is also a grill, they have someone for cleaning every day who gives very clear instructions too and they are super nice people, the place has a super comfortable jacuzzi, with a good view and it works excellent, super relaxing. I would definitely come back.

This place was heaven on earth! The photos actually didn’t do it enough justice and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. David was super helpful with getting transportation and our excursions organized. I definitely recommend staying at this location and will be back again!

It's a beautiful place, suitable for a barbecue and relaxing. It is fully equipped both in the kitchen and in the rooms, which work perfectly as individual studios.
