Fantastic apartment, location and customer care. We loved our time there, and communication with the concierge was proactive and completely helpful. We loved the art and all the windows -- especially during a couple of massive thunderstorms that were operatic. Being on Avenida Michoacan during the World Cup was fabulous! Thank you for everything.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a wonderful neighborhood in Mexico City. I traveled with my family, including two teenagers and we had a wonderful stay in an apartment that is even more spacious than the pictures, particularly enjoying the beautiful balcony. However, we found it hard to use this apartment for our full week visit. We were planning on doing most of our own cooking. Yet we discovered that there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, which made this difficult. The apartment is advertised spoke of a drying rack for clothes. In fact, was not available. This is an excellent apartment for folks visiting for a short trip, but if you’re coming for a longer stay, I suggest consulting with the management team to see if they have the amenities you need.

Beautiful apartment n a great location. Fully equipped and as nice as the photos indicate. Stylishly furnished and comfortable. The outdoor space in the trees was enjoyed by all!

The apartment is great. Artistic style. Open, natural light, good finishes, hot water showers, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good location, quiet and convent condesa area. My only complaint was the host wasn’t accommodating or friendly. We got in late and couldn’t check in until after 9. The host needs to meet us in person to give us keys and didn’t want to wait. His solution was to cancel our reservation. I called to plead not to and they agreed to wait until 9:30. I understand it’s inconvenient for them to do a late check in but it created a lot of stress on top of a long travel day. During the stay I didn’t need anything. Check out is 11. I asked 2 times to check out at 12. They told me I could leave the bags there until 12. It was an unfriendly exchange by them. The place is great. The owner should find another company to host and run their apartment.

We had an truly perfect stay: the apartment is stunning, with a fantastic layout, lots of natural light and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Travelled with our 6-month old and apprecaited the crib being available. Communication from the hosts was fantastic and prompt. Can not recommend enough!

We loved this Airbnb and its location, and we felt safe. The space looks and feels just like the pictures and is configured nicely with great beds and linens. There is shampoo/body soap/conditioner/hairdryer available and these owners have the most impressive art collection of any Airbnb where we have stayed! When distances were too far to walk Uber was easy and inexpensive. There are some lovely boutique food stores very close to allow eating in if preferred, and the management team was always very responsive! Just to be aware: 1) the apartment is surrounded by restaurants and other living spaces and can get loud at night 2) there is ongoing construction in the near neighborhood but it did not go on beyond normal work hours 3) note that there is no central A/C or heat but there are portable fans and heaters 4) we could smell cigarette smoke from time to time Thank you for a great stay.

We LOVED staying here with our family. The floor-to-ceiling windows, the decor and art, and the sofa is sooooo comfortable!

Amazing spacious apartment in a great location with everything you need and a window in every room (including the hallway!) Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
