This Villa with my family was outstanding. The house was comfortable and we spent so much time on the Veranda. The rooms were plenty big & comfortable. Having a chef was so nice and the food exceptional. We would recommend this Villa highly.

This is our second visit and highly recommend. Sam and Yolanda are so welcoming!

We left Kairos Villa yesterday and we were so sad to go even after 15-nights there. It was so beautiful, and peaceful there. It was by far the best vacation we've ever taken. Belize is stunning and locals are so friendly. Kairos Villa is a gorgeous, and peaceful. Elver, Alba, Chef Marie 😋 and Erica made our trip seamless and unforgettable. They make you feel like family. we m We miss them already. The house has the most stunning views and the amenities are endless. We already booked for next year we loved it so much. Thank you again to all of you for an amazing stay. ❤️

Kairos Villa was exceptional from the house to the staff! We’ve stayed in multiple Airbnb's all over the world and hands down this is the best management company and staff we’ve worked with. Elver, Alba, Ericka and Gareth from Gecko Vacations were amazing. They were promptly responsive to anything we needed and made our trip easy from creating the itinerary for 12 people to assisting with anything when we were there. Elver went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and ensure that we had the best stay and vacation! We would recommend this house and team to anyone, and we would come back!

Lovely mondern condo with access to private quiet beach, and amazing rooftop patio with infinity pool. Home was much more spacious that anticipated with stunning views from every room. Tastefully decorated with local made art.

I just stayed there for a week and it was AMAZING! The team was incredible, took care of our every need, and the chef - Oscar - was the highlight of everyone's trip. The house was amazing, and the concierge was so helpful in all of my planning efforts. The house is close to good restaurants - Maya Bistro, Umaya Resort (both the taco place and the smoothies are delicious). I would 10/10 recommend this property and the Gecko team to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The space and amenities were great! We enjoyed the pier, the pools, and many of the outdoor spaces. We especially loved the chef service! The kayaks and use of a golf cart were nice to have.

Our extended family of 9 stayed here for our winter holiday. The house exceeded our expectations. It’s more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We loved that we were able to have 2 common living spaces (one outside that was covered and one inside). Jorje was a wonderful host and Yeyme was speedy with cleaning the rooms and doing laundry. Our chef, Arjay did an amazing job accommodating our dietary needs. It’s important to know that Gecko Vacation Rentals manages this rental and a tip for all services will be expected. The staff is worth every bit of that though.

We absolutely loved our stay!! It was better than we could have imagined. The staff were amazing. They kept our rooms cleaned, made delicious food, and even cut fresh coconuts off of the tree. The location was absolutely magnificent. The perfect tropical location!!
