Belkys

We didn’t get to meet Belkys but Leslie was really great! He went out of his way to provide lots of local info: suggesting gym & yoga nearby, arranging a massage & driver all the way outside Leon, info on visiting Ometepe and much more. My husband and I have stayed in many Airbnb places over the past few years in various countries. This is by far one of the best!!! Everything you could think of is available in the apartment and it’s so beautifully done and stylish, not to mention very new and super clean. Location is great for walking all around San Juan del Sur. Highly recommend staying here!

This place met our needs and then some. It is right in the middle of town, which we loved because it made it easy to pop out for a walk, a meal or a yoga class. Everything is within 5 minute walking distance! The down side of being in this lively town is that it can be a bit noisier. Most places in town are a bit run down, and hotels are not too high end with a few exceptions, so Belky's place is a step up, if "local" isn't your thing. This place is spanking new, very pretty, with great details, good water pressure, AC and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc...everything you need so you can just start having fun and not have to go for a supermarket trip upon arrival. The balcony is great for evening chats or catching the breeze. The owners are friendly and responsive but hands off (in a good way). Great place!

Belkys and Leslie’s home is gorgeous and in the perfect location for exploring SJDS. The communication was spot on from start to finish which made our stay relaxing and fun! Thanks guys!

Belkys home was so much more than I expected. The home is really in the heart of San Juan with so many shops nearby. He and his wife were extremely welcoming and always responded to anything we had questions about. His home is so beautiful and he really did have amazing hospitality! Would completely recommend this home to anyone.

Great appartement with a beautiful balcony and wonderful interior. Spacious, very well equiped and very clean. The pictures on internet do not completely show how beautiful the appartement is. The host is great very welcoming and flexibel Drnks in the fridge on arrival fast internet even Netflix and tv in every room. The location is right in the center with all the bars and restaurants. Walking to the beach is less than 5 minutes. This is really value for money

Casa Lilliana is a beautiful new home that is centrally located in the town of SJDS. Belkys is an excellent host that is always avail if you need assistance. I highly reccomened staying here and when I am back in town I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Great location next to all the shops, nightlife, food, beach.

Amazing place! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of San Juan and close to all the restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself is very comfort and fun. Above everything else, Leslie is the best host I have encountered! Fast reply to every need at every hour, and always with a smile. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in San Juan Del Sur at Casa Lilliana! The location is perfect, and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and even better than the photos. Leslie was a fantastic host, and met us at check-in to give us the run down of la casa. He also checked in on us periodically throughout our stay and was extremely helpful when we needed recommendations. Can't wait to come back again!

Awesome time and extremely helpful and flexible host who you can feel really cares about you having a great time. The only challenge we had was finding out rather last minute the extended hours of the weekly electricity outages for the city, but besides for that it was awesome and would LOVE to stay again! Really wonderful and kind host and the location is superb. The home is gorgeous and wish we didn't have to leave. :)

If I could imagine a dream home in Nicaragua, this house would be it! The home was over our expectations and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a tour of the house with the owner who lives a couple blocks away. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

My family and I were very satisfied with the place. It's comfortable, clean, and the location is really good. Even the neighbors' care was fine. Hosts who are super responsive to any inquiries.
