Phil’s place feels like home! I came here to rest and I was able to sleep in a very comfy bed! The apartment is beautiful, clean! It has everything you need and beyond! Is well located, I can’t complain at all, it’s exactly what I needed and I look forward to coming back! This is by far my favorite place in Hacienda Iguana, ideal for solo trips! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Phil's place. The apartment is very well-equipped, and in an excellent location. The pool is just a few steps from the apartment, and there's a market nearby, which was very convenient. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner, but Phil stayed on top of the situation. He kept us updated throughout the process, and the maintenance staff was able to resolve the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Phil’s apartment. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great place to relax. We also loved having several restaurants within the complex, which made dining very convenient. We were two people, and we had an amazing time. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at this apartment was excellent. From the first moment, the host was very friendly, attentive and helpful. He gave us all the directions clearly and accurately, which allowed us to enjoy our stay worry-free. The apartment is beautiful, modern and quite luxurious. Everything was clean, tidy and very well kept. The room is super comfortable and cozy, perfect for resting after a day enjoying Hacienda Iguana and its surroundings. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but it was a minor issue compared to all the positive things the place offers. The rest of the experience was impeccable and fully met our expectations. It's definitely worth staying here. I fell head over heels in love with the apartment, its facilities and the attention received. We are very grateful to the host for making our visit so enjoyable. We hope to be back very soon and recommend it 100%.

The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, includes a wide variety of utensils that are not commonly found in rental properties, making cooking and everyday living much more convenient. The TV is excellent for watching movies, and its size and quality also make it a great option if you plan to bring a gaming console.

Place was extremely modern to the point of disorientation in a foreign country. Giant tv, tablet in the fridge, air cooker, ninja etc. Has filtered water spout which is always very convenient for a gringo and it’s well insulated so seemed to stay cool even after the ac was turned off. Be sure to grab basics vegetable oil, salt, pepper, coffee if you need them. I booked on the 27th of May for a reservation for the June 20-25 and changed it on the 28th to the 2nd-6th due to a friend visiting for flexibility and sleeping arrangements. My friend ended up changing his arrival date so I tried to change it back to the 20-25. Phil refused to make the change due to short notice and inability to fill the spot. I did not find this reason compelling. This was a 48 hour hold and I was paying $130 more than the original booking. Checked on the 19th and the 20-25th was still available. So Phil lost $130 and will never hold my money again. I lost travel flexibility for my trip and was pissed.
