Overall, an excellent family option for a few days of beach and pure nature. Julie's first-floor condo and apartment with all the comforts and amenities for a large family. The Conchal reservation and beach are without a doubt one of the best places we have visited. Highly recommended!

Julie’s place was great for a week long vacation with kids! We were two family with kids infant to age 7. The layout and number of beds was great, as shown in the pictures clearly. The living area was well appointed, seemed bigger than in pictures, reclining seats made hanging in living room very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed w pots and pans, whatever we needed to cook. Purified water: Housekeeping several times during the stay was great. Julie’s recommendations and guidebook were wonderful. We rented golf carts for the week, ordered delivery pizza to the Reserva nights we wanted to stay in, got babysitters one day, all of which she helped provide options. The community is gated and feels very secure; she provided unique gate codes for people promptly. The reserva conchal pools was great, beach is wonderful, beach shuttle fast and AC’d so you don’t actually need a golf carts. Have already recommended to friends. Thanks Julie!

ulie’s place was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The home was well-stocked, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The property features wonderful amenities like pools, a spa, and a gym, plus the best beach is just a 7-minute drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk away. The location is truly exceptional, offering the best of both worlds—it was perfect for exploring the property itself and just as convenient for heading out to adventures outside the reserve. Julie was a wonderful host who was incredibly attentive and communicative. She gave us great recommendations and helpful information throughout our trip. We highly recommend staying here!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place in Reserva Conchal! The photos truly don’t do justice to how spacious the property actually is. The tall ceilings give the entire home a bright, airy feel, and everything was spotlessly clean and quiet throughout our trip. It offers a fantastic amount of privacy while still being incredibly easy to get to. It was absolutely perfect for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. Highly recommended!

We had the most magical time at Julie and Elad’s home in Conchal. The home was stocked with everything you need for your stay, the location and Condo and Reserva amenities were perfect for our family and friends. I hope they will welcome us back next time we come! Costa Rica forever has our hearts!

Julie and Elad were extremely responsive and helpful in many ways. Their recommendations were great. We ate at the Beach club restaurant multiple times- it was nice to have a close food option in a casual outdoor environment. We also had fun renting a golf cart so we could zip back and forth to the beach from the unit. Having a close pool option was also nice when we had only an hour or so before or after excursions. Great trip overall!

Staying at Julie's place felt very comfortable for our family. The Reserva Conchal facilities, especially the beach, are fantastic. Julie was a wonderful host and I appreciated all our communication. One thing that sets her apart from other options is how much insider information she gave. They are very well connected in the community and are happy to share their knowledge.

Our family had a fantastic vacation. Julie was super helpful as a host. The place had tons of space and had everything we needed. Playa conchal was beautiful: we loved the beach and restaurant at the beach club. the golf course in the community was a nice track with some incredible views and wildlife. we saw 60 monkeys in 1 week at Reserva Conchal!

Julie’s AirBnB is spacious, clean, and thoughtful. Tons of space and beautiful views. Our children really enjoyed the space as it was very warm and inviting. Julie was always available and prompt with replies. She also offered great recommendations. One was a private chef we booked last minute on Julie’s recommendation. She was able to get access on short notice and the meal was fantastic! We all enjoyed the privacy and security of Reserva Conchal and the close proximity to the beach and beach club amenities. Reserva Conchal is an amazing quiet beach great for families and enjoying the sun and water. The beach club was excellent - easy to rent water crafts, enjoy a meal, or swim. We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful home in a lovely gated community with access to the Beach Club, golf, pools and amazing nature! We loved our stay, and all of Julie’s recommendations! She couldn’t have been more helpful!

The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there was plenty of comfortable seating across the living, dining, and outdoor spaces—perfect for gathering. We loved the nearby hiking trails, easy(ish) walks to the beach club, and close proximity to markets and restaurants. Julie was fantastic—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive—and her local recommendations made the stay even better.

We had two families of four staying over the holidays and had a wonderful time. Julie is an extremely considerate and responsive host, sharing local recommendations and checking in on us throughout our stay. The house is super charming and having it cleaned daily was a huge bonus. The beach club and beach were perfect for the kids and we saw a ton of wildlife walking around Reserva Conchal, including iguanas and monkeys. I would recommend this home and host.
