Rick and Francisco were nothing but the upmost help. Their hospitality truly stood out. The place was beautiful and quite large, was perfect for visiting the capital and the apartment had everything we needed!

I loved everything. The location, the size. The photos are perfectly accurate. Friendly and always attentive host. It has excellent AC, since many in Guatemala do not have it. I would stay without thinking again. Highly recommended. In the closets you have to vacuum the lint.

This place is the perfect spot in Zone 10. Everything you could need is in walking distance and it’s located in a safe area. The condo is updated and very clean. The view of the city beautiful. We’ve already booked our next stay here!

Rick’s place was totally as advertised. Very clean and spacious apartment. Fantastic views of the city below and equally stunning sunsets. Very safe neighborhood and everything was nearby. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, with all the amenities and incredibly clean. They left us coffee, some welcome chocolates and it was nice to receive. Communication was very fluid and friendly, and they were also very flexible. The only drawback of the apartment is the noise at night, you can hear all the music from the nightclubs until 3am and if you are not used to that noise, it is very difficult to be able to sleep unless you use earplugs, in my case I cannot due to physical limitations. Another minor issue is that there is an unpleasant smell in the drains of the sink and the bathroom in the room, but it is not too much, it goes away at times.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutó del apartamento, de la limpieza y de los detalles que preparamos con cariño para nuestros huéspedes. Agradecemos también que mencionara los aspectos a mejorar. El tema del olor en los drenajes ya fue completamente solucionado, y gracias a su observación pudimos atenderlo de inmediato. Sobre el ambiente nocturno, la ubicación del apartamento está en una zona con vida nocturna activa, sin embargo no es todos los días. Sin embargo, entendemos que no siempre es ideal para quienes son más sensibles al sonido. Por ello, hemos añadido tapones para los oídos como cortesía, para que futuros huéspedes puedan descansar mejor. Apreciamos sinceramente su retroalimentación y esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente para brindarle una experiencia aún más cómoda.
