My recent stay at that property rented through Airbnb in Granada was deeply unsatisfactory and considerably far from the standards expected on this platform. My observations are supported by conversations and photos sent to Airbnb verification and at the end of this bitter experience I got a refund from Airbnb. The house is delivered in unacceptable conditions: rooms with old mattresses, bedding in poor condition, dirty bathrooms and with unpleasant odors. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is so noisy that sleeping is impossible. The pool was completely out of maintenance, with cloudy water and no proper filtration. The kitchen, in addition to being dirty, had deteriorated utensils, a bad smell and the presence of mice at night. This is not only uncomfortable, but also poses a health risk. I don't recommend this place at all, it was the worst bad experience of my entire life renting

Excluding the interior of the rooms, the rest of the interior is equipped with security cameras that violate your privacy. Dirty rooms, stained mattresses, and electrical outlets with exposed parts, which is dangerous if you are traveling with a baby, as we were.We rented the place for 4 nights only stayed one. The owner refused to refund the remaining amount, even though it was their fault
