The place is a great deal. The extremely comfortable beds, the bathrooms of excellent size and cleanliness, the extremely complete kitchen and the A/C worked perfectly. It has two parking spaces, which is ideal and in general Denise always responded quickly and with hospitality. My friends and I were extremely comfortable.

Denisse is a great host, always attentive. The apartment is very spacious and cute; the view is beautiful. We loved the stay. The only thing we didn't like very much were the facilities, the pool is very low ( I get to the waist) and they are very strict on the rules (you can't eat snacks on the beds or play music, even if it's very low).

Hola Ana. Gracias por tus comentarios. El área de snacks y bebidas están justamente en la alberca, por lo cuál SI esta permitido comer y beber en los camastros, me resulta extraño que lo digas. Efectivamente el uso de grabadoras en el área de alberca no esta permitido, por respeto a los demás huĂ©spedes (no a todos les gusta) y viene en el reglamento que te enviĂ©, pero en la playa si esta permitido el uso de grabadoras, hieleras, etc. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, que lástima que no fueron de tu agrado =(. Excellent apartment in super good condition. Very spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness. Very well equipped kitchen and the common areas of Pool and beach very nice, clean and functional. Adriana is a very friendly, efficient person with a great attitude to help. All of Tikal's staff is very friendly as well. We were invited to come back. Thanks Denise

This is the second time I have stayed in Denisse's apartment, the location is excellent and the apartment very nice and spacious. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a person available to perform the basic cleaning every day. The beach private beach access is a super plus. No need to go out, I recommend staying 100%. Denisse was always aware of all the topics and that we had an excellent experience.

The place is very nice and large, it has everything you need to spend a great vacation. Everything was very clean and Adriana is very friendly. Communication with Denisse was excellent, he was always available for us. We are very hopeful that we can return soon.
